Zur Behandlung von Erkältungen, Bronchitis, Atembeschwerden oder sonstigen asthmoiden Zuständen sind eine Reihe von Arzneimitteln bekannt. Dazu gehören übliche feste, peroral verabreichbare Formen wie Tabletten, Dragees, Lutschpastillen oder auch bonbonartige Formen. Dabei kommen auch Injektionstherapeutika in Betracht. Bei der genannten Indikation der Erkältung sind aber auch eine ganze Reihe von Inhaiationstherapeutika mit antiasthmatisch wirksamen Stoffen, ätherischen Ölen, Sekretolytika usw. bekannt. StabilitätstestStability test

Die Stifte wurden einem Stabilitätstest unterzogen. Dabei wurden zur Überprüfung der physikalischen Stabilität die Stifte einem Schaukeltest unterworfen. Sie wurden im Wechsel von jeweils 48 Stunden bei 5 0C, 48 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur und anschließend 48 Stunden bei 30 0C gelagert. Parallel dazu wurden Stifte der gleichen Zusammensetzung gemäß obigem Herstellungsbeispiel bei Raumtemperatur zum Vergleich gelagert. Nach 6-monatiger Lagerung waren sowohl die bei Raumtemperatur als auch die im Schaukeltest gelagerten Stifte hinsichtlich der physikalischen Parameter, wie Aussehen, Farbe und Geruch in Ordnung und zeigten keinerlei Veränderungen gegenüber frisch hergestellten Stiften. Des weiteren waren ebenfalls keine optischen Veränderungen, wie z.B. Ausschwitzen, Austreten von ätherischem Öl (Tröpfchen auf der Oberfläche) oder Veränderung des Stiftmaterials (Risse, brüchige Oberflächen oder andere Fehler) zu verzeichnen.The pens were subjected to a stability test.
