Da die derart koaxial starr gekoppelten weiteren Antriebsaggregate, insbesondere das Getriebe bzw. der Verbrennungsmotor, insbesondere auch hinsichtlich ihrer Wellenausgänge, kundenspezifisch entsprechend den unterschiedlichen Kraftfahrzeug-Modellen der jeweiligen Kraftfahrzeug-Hersteller ausgestaltet sind, ist der Elektromotor, zumindest hinsichtlich seiner abtriebs- bzw. antriebsseitigen Rotorwellen-Ankopplung, individuell entsprechend den kundenspezifischen Unterschieden auszulegen.Motor vehicle drives with an electric motor are known as pure electric motor drives or as so-called hybrid drives in combination with an internal combustion engine, for example through DE-OS-24 00 760 or EP-Bl-O 506 805. A bearing plate 1.5 or 1.6 is attached to each of the two front ends of the motor housing 1.2, in which a rotor shaft 1.1 is mounted via ball bearings 1.7 or 1.8.
Die Rotorwelle 1.1 weist an ihren beiden Enden jeweils eine Einsteckbohrung 1.11 bzw.1.12 zur Aufnahme des einen Wellenendes 6.1 des Adapter-Kopplungsstückes 6 auf, mit dessen anderem Wellenende 6.2 das eine Wellenende 2.1 bzw. 3.1 bzw.4.1 bzw.5.1 des weiteren Aggregates 2 bzw.3 bzw.4 bzw.5 starr gekoppelt ist. Die Ausbildung einer solchen Einsteckbohrung wird dadurch erleichtert, daß die Rotorwelle 1.1 in vorteilhafter Weise als Hohlwelle ausgebildet ist. Durch die axial in die Rotorwelle 1.1 eintauchende Einsteckbohrung 1.11 bzw.1.12 kann außerdem eine axiale kompakte Bauweise durch direkte stirnseitige Anlage von Elektromotor 1 einerseits und weiterem Antriebsaggregat 2-5 andererseits erreicht werden. Dabei sind die an die kundenspezifisch unterschiedliche Wellenenden 2.1-5.1 des weiteren Antriebsaggregates 2-5 anzupassenden Kopplungs-Wellenenden 6.2 nicht im Einzelnen ausgeführt; die Figuren 5-14 sollen lediglich verschiedene Möglichkeiten der kraft- bzw. formschlüssigen Momentenübertragung zwischen dem elektromotorseitigen Kopplungs-Wellenende 6.1 des Adapter-Kopplungsstückes 6 und dem entsprechenden Wellenende der Rotorwelle 1.1, insbesondere der bereits beschriebenen Einsteckbohrung 1.11 bzw. 1.12 des Elektromotors 1, verdeutlichen.FIGS 5-14 show, in a side view and in a front view, five different versions of an adapter coupling piece 6 with a first coupling shaft end 6.1 on the electric motor side and a second coupling shaft end 6.2 on the drive unit side.
