Zur Vermeidung dieses Nachteils können alternativ oder zusätzlich versteckt angeordnete Verbindungselemente vorgesehen sein, die vollständig vom Hals- und/oder Griffteil aufgenommen werden und im montierten Zustand unsichtbar sind (DE 85 10 243 Ul, DE 94 02 708 Ul, EP 0 064 471 Al). Die Handhabe kann in diesem Fall als sogenanntes Stiftteil verwendet werden. Dient sie dagegen als Lochteil, wird der Grundkörper 10 bei Bedarf mittels der Befestigungsschraube 26 od. dgl. auf einem von einer Tür od. dgl. abstehenden Befestigungsorgan befestigt. Ist eine derartige axiale Festlegung nicht erforderlich, kann die Befestigungsschraube auch entfallen.
