Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Leuchte einfachster Bauart zur Beleuchtung von Rettungszeichen in Sicherheitsbeleuchtungsanlagen. Rettungszeichenleuchten sind bisher immer mit Glühlampen oder Leuchtstofflampen bestückt. Aus Veröffentlichungen sind jedoch auch Leuchten bekannt, die als Leuchtmittel Leuchtdioden, im Folgenden LEDs genannt, verwenden (z. B. Offenlegungsschriften DE 3715943, DE 4341015; Gebrauchsmuster G 9105201.7). Diese Konstruktionen sind vorwiegend dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Licht in der Weise optisch in eine Lichtleiterplatte eingekoppelt wird, daß LEDs in Bohrungen der Lichtleiterplatten eingesteckt sind. Dies hat folgende Nachteile: Sobald die LEDs auf einer Platine befestigt sind, muß der Mittenabstand der Bohrungen und der der LEDs paßgenau sein, d.h. es ist eine exakteste Fertigung mit dementsprechendeil Kosten notwendig. Optiken wie Reflektoren oder Streulinsen können nicht eingesetzt werden. Diese Konstruktionen erlauben auch keinen einfachen Wechsel der LEDs, weil diese verlötet sind.The invention relates to a lamp of the simplest design for illuminating escape signs in safety lighting systems. Die vorliegende Erfindung beinhaltet die Idee, die bekannten Vorteile von Leuchtdioden mit einer besonders robusten und einfachen Konstruktion zu kombinieren, so daß Vandalensicherheit und damit höchste Funktionssicherheit einen Sicherheitszugewinn sowie geringe Fertigungskosten ergeben. Die Beleuchtung der Lichtleiterplatte (1) durch LEDs (2) ist dahingehend ausgeführt, daß die Rückseite der Lichtleiterplatte mattiert ist und daß durch Hinterlegen einer weißen Folie (3) das Reflexionsvermögen weiter erhöht wird. Die Lichteinstrahlung erfolgt von einer, bei besonders großen Leuchten von zwei Längsseiten der Lichtleiterplatte her mittels auf der Schmalkante der Längsseiten - im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen Lösungen aufgesetzte LEDs. Die LEDs sind mit aufgesteckten Reflektoren (4) und Streulinsen (5) versehen, um eine hinreichend gleichmäßige Ausleuchtung der Platte zu erzielen. Wahlweise kann ein zusätzliches Streufeld unterhalb der LEDs in die Lichtleiterplatte eingearbeitet sein. Die LEDs sind ferner in Steckfassungen (6) eingesetzt, welche sie analog zu anderen Leuchtmitteln handhabbar machen. Die Steckfassungen dienen ferner dazu, eine einheitliche Höhe der LEDs zu erreichen. Die Steckfassungen sowie evtl. Schutzdioden (7) und strombegrenzende Bauteile wie Widerstände (8) oder Stromregler sind auf einer streifenförmigen geätzten Leuchtdioden-Trägerplatine (9) aufgelötet. Die Stromzufuhr zur Platine erfolgt über Kupferstifte (10), deren Enden in auf die Plattenschmalseite aufgeklebte Schraubklemmen (11) fuhren und gleichzeitig zur Befestigung und Höhenjustierung der Platine dienen.The present invention contains the idea of combining the known advantages of light-emitting diodes with a particularly robust and simple construction, so that vandal resistance and thus the highest level of functional reliability result in increased safety and low production costs.
