Die Erfindung betrifft ein Tabakerzeugnis für die Selbstverfertigung einer Zigarette, insbesondere Filter-Zigarette, bestehend aus einer der Tabakfüllung einer fertigen Zigarette angepaßten Tabakportion, deren Mantelfläche durch eine Stranghülle aus nicht brennbarem, insbesondere auch nicht rauchbarem Material definiert ist, wobei die Tabakportion formstabil und zumindest hinsichtlich des Querschnitts an den Tabakaufnahmeraum einer Zigarettenpapierhülle angepaßt ist derart, daß die Tabakportion innerhalb des Tabakaufnahmeraums der Zigarettenpapierhülle plazierbar ist.The invention relates to a tobacco product for the self-production of a cigarette, in particular a filter cigarette, consisting of a tobacco portion adapted to the tobacco filling of a finished cigarette, the outer surface of which is defined by a rod casing made of non-combustible, in particular non-smokable material, the tobacco portion being dimensionally stable and, at least in terms of its cross section, adapted to the tobacco receiving space of a cigarette paper wrapper in such a way that the tobacco portion can be placed within the tobacco receiving space of the cigarette paper wrapper.

Um die richtige Positionierung zu erhalten, kann an dem der Scheibe 19 zugekehrten äußeren Rand der Hülse 18 eine um 90° gegenüber den Stegen 21 versetzte Markierung 23 vorgesehen sein. Dieser Markierung wird eine der beiden Laschen 15, 16 zugeordnet. Diese Vorrichtung ist gekennzeichnet durch eine trogförmige Aufnahme 25 für die Tabakportion 10 samt Zigarettenpapierhülle, hier vorgefertigte Filter-Zigarettenpapierhülse 13. Die eine, in Fig. 4 vordere Stirnseite umfaßt wiederum ein Tabakrückhalteelement in Form einer Scheibe 19, wobei zwischen dieser und der trogförmigen Aufnahme 25 ein Spalt definiert ist, durch den sich die Laschen 15, 16 hindurch erstrecken und durch den hindurch auch das Stranghüllenmaterial ziehbar und entfernbar ist. Bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform ist die Tabakrückhaltescheibe 19 nur durch einen etwas stärker dimensionierten Steg 21 mit der trogförmigen Aufnahme 25 verbunden. Innenseitig weist der Steg 21 wiederum eine Schneidkante der oben beschriebenen Art auf. Wird nach Positionierung der mit der Tabakportion 10 gefüllten Zigarettenpapierhülse 13 innerhalb der trogförmigen Aufnahme 25 entsprechend Fig. 4 an den Laschen 15, 16 gezogen, erfolgt durch die dem Steg 21 zugeordnete Schneidkante eine Auftrennung der oben beschriebenen Stranghülle der Tabakportion 10. Auf diese Weise läßt sich die Stranghülle 11 vom durch die Scheibe 19 zurückgehaltenen Tabak ab- bzw. aus dem Tabakaufnahmeraum der Zigarettenpapierhülse herausziehen. Vorzugsweise ist dem Steg 21 ebenfalls eine Sollbruchlinie, insbesondere Materialschwächungslinie, wie 5 Perforationslinie oder dergleichen zugeordnet.
