Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sitzanordnung in einem Kraftfahrzeug, insbesondere einem Kampffahrzeug, bei dem über mindestens einem der Sitze eine Dachöffnung angeordnet ist und die Rückenlehne dieses Sitzes um eine Schwenkachse, die an einem mit der Sitzplatte fest verbundenen Grundgestell angeordnet ist, in eine Stellung über der Sitzplatte herunterklappbar ist, in der die Rückseite der Rückenlehne zur Bildung einer Standfläche für einen Fahrzeuginsassen, horizontal nach oben weisend direkt unter der Dachöffnung angeordnet ist.

ist im allgemeinen die Möglichkeit vorgesehen, daß ein Besatzungsmitglied im Fahrzeug derart aufrecht steht, daß es mit Kopf oder Oberkörper aus der Dachöffnung herausragt, um direkt nach außen zu beobachten. Hierzu muß dafür Sorge getragen werden, daß das beobachtende Besatzungsmitglied auf einer ebenen und stabilen Standfläche steht. Es ist bekannt, in der oben erwähnten Weise durch Herunterklappen der Rückenlehne eine derartige Standfläche zu bilden. Es hat sich nun herausgestellt, daß eine durch bloßes Herunterklappen der Rückenlehne erzeugte Standfläche nicht die gewünschte Stabilität aufweist und es beispielsweise geschehen kann, daß, wenn das beobachtende Besatzungsmitglied mit den Füßen an den Rand der durch die Rückseite der Rückenlehne gebildeten Standfläche, insbesondere aber auf Teile der Standfläche im Bereich des hinteren Randes gerät, die jenseits der Schwenkachse liegen, ein ungewolltes Hochklappen der Rückenlehne einsetzen kann, das zu schweren Stürzen und Verletzungen führen kann.In general, it is possible for a crew member to stand upright in the vehicle so that his head or upper body protrudes from the roof opening in order to observe directly outside. Der Grundgedanke der Erfindung besteht darin, die Rückenlehne der Sitzanordnung in der heruntergeklappten Stellung selbsttätig zu verriegeln, so daß ein Hochklappen verhindert wird. Fig. 1 zeigt einen Sitz innerhalb eines, im übrigen nicht dargestellten, Kampffahr&zgr;eugs, bei dem oberhalb dieses Sitzes eine Dachöffnung vorgesehen ist. Die Sitzanordnung besitzt ein Grundgestell, von dem lediglich das die Rückenlehne 1 mit der Sitzplatte 2 verbindende Winkelelement 7 dargestellt ist. Damit beim Betreten der Standfläche 6, beispielsweise in dem in Fig. 1 rechten Bereich jenseits der Schwenkachse 5, kein ungewolltes Hochklappen der Rückenlehne 1 einsetzt, ist eine in Fig. 1 allgemein mit Ziffern 3 und 4 bezeichnete Arretierungsvorrichtung zwischen der Rückenlehne 1 und den Teilen 7 des Grundgestells vorgesehen, die in Fig. näher dargestellt ist. Die Arretierungsvorrichtung besitzt ein Zahnsegment 4, in welches eine Rastklinke 3.1 eingreift, die Teil einer allgemein mit 3 bezeichneten Entriegelungseinrichtung ist. Diese Entriegelungseinrichtung besitzt einen zweiarmigen Hebel, der an einer Halterung 3.4 um den Schwenkpunkt 3.3 schwenkbar angeordnet ist. Die Halterung 3.4 ist an den Teilen 7 des Grundgestells befestigt. An einem Hebelarm des zweiarmigen Hebels 3 ist die in das Zahnsegment 4 eingreifende Rastklinke 3.1 angeordnet, während am anderen Ende eine Handhabe 3.2, die beispielsweise als Druckplatte ausgebildet sein kann, angeordnet ist. Zwischen dieser Handhabe 3.2 und der Halterung 3.4 ist eine Druckfeder 8 angeordnet, die den Hebel 3 derart beaufschlagt, daß die Rastklinke 3.1 unter der Kraftwirkung der Druckfeder 8 in das Zahnsegment 4 einrastet. In dieser eingerasteten Stellung ist die Rückenlehne 1 sicher verriegelt und kann nicht hochgeklappt werden.
