Description
Besch reibung:Description:
The invention relates to a corrosion-protected free tension member according to the preamble of claim 1.
When constructing structures made of prestressed concrete, but especially in bridge structures, prestressing with and without bond is known. Prestressing with bond is usually carried out as prestressing with additional bond, whereby the tendons are kept longitudinally movable until the concrete hardens and, after tensioning, are bonded to the structure by injecting cement paste. With prestressing without bond, the tendons are usually located outside the concrete cross-section, but are supported relative to the structure; they can thus be inspected, re-tensioned and, if necessary, replaced at any time.
With unbonded tendons, such as those often used as stay cables for cable-stayed bridges, for the renovation of buildings and other construction tasks, it is generally not possible to adjust the tendon axis to the bending moment in a continuously curved manner; it is instead necessary to guide the tendon in a somewhat polygonal manner. This creates deflection points where the tension elements lie close to the inside of the sheath and transfer forces to the deflection point during tensioning. If there are strong contact forces, the plastic sheath can start to flow, so that both the protection against mechanical damage and the corrosion protection are lost.
Aber auch unter NormaLbedingungen, d.h. wenn dieBut even under normal conditions, i.e. when the
Kunststoffumhü I Lung nicht ins Fließen kommt, liegen diePlastic coating does not flow, the
Zugelemente unmittelbar an der Umhüllung an, so daß beiTension elements directly on the casing, so that

Corrosion protection compound does not provide a targeted minimum coverage and therefore safe corrosion protection cannot be guaranteed.
To solve this problem, it is known from DE 37 34 954 C2 to fix the tension elements at the deflection points in the casing using spacers through which the individual tension elements are passed and then to press the space between the tension elements and the casing with hardening material. In this way, sufficient coverage with regard to corrosion protection and an even load distribution are achieved everywhere in the deflection area.
It is also known from OS 37 31 721 to reinforce a tension member in the area of deflection points using short, closely spaced over-thrust tubes. This does increase the rigidity of the casing in the radial direction. However, an improvement in corrosion protection cannot be achieved due to the gaps between the individual over-thrust tubes.
Against this background, the invention is based on the task of specifying an economical design for tendons at their deflection points, taking into account the requirements for corrosion protection.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by a tension member having the features of claim 1.
Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.Advantageous further training results from the subclaims.
Contact pressure at the deflection point still ensures that there is sufficient minimum coverage of the tension elements and thus sufficient corrosion protection. By choosing a suitable grouting material with its specific properties, the respective requirements for the coating in terms of strength, corrosion protection, etc. can be met in a targeted manner. In addition, the grouting material ensures an even load distribution on the substrate, depending on the thickness of the layer.
When using a flexible ribbed pipe as the inner casing, good transverse flow of the grouting material and thus complete embedding of the tension elements in it at the deflection point is achieved during the subsequent grouting of the cavity between the inner casing and the tension elements. If the outer casing is also made of a flexible material, the casing itself is flexible and adapts to the respective curvatures of the deflection point as a result of the load, without buckling or ovalizing. This allows the casing to be prefabricated, including the grouting of the annular space, which then only needs to be installed on site. This gives the tension member according to the invention a further economic advantage over other tension members.
The design of the tension member according to the invention is not limited to the deflection points of a tension member path. Rather, if required, such as in the case of increased mechanical protection or fire protection requirements, it can be used just as well on the open section, i.e. in addition to the deflection points in the other areas of the tension member.
Es zeigenThe invention is explained below using an embodiment shown in the drawing.

Figures 1 and 2 show a tension member 1 according to the invention in the area of a deflection point in longitudinal and cross-section. The invention relates to the curved area of the casing 2 of the tension member 1 shown. It consists of a smooth outer casing 3 made of plastic, e.g. polyethylene, and an inner casing 4 made of a corrugated tube, also made of plastic or sheet metal, arranged at a clear distance from it, so that an annular space is created between them. Spacers 5 are arranged between the outer and inner casings, which ensure a minimum distance between the outer and inner casings at every point in the annular space. The annular space is closed off at each end with a sealing ring.
The annular space can be injected with a hardening material 7, such as cement or synthetic resin mortar, via injection openings (not shown). In order to achieve complete filling of the annular space, the spacers 5 have recesses on their outer edge, which touches the outer casing 3, which allow the injection material to pass through. At both ends, the casing 2 according to the invention is tightly connected, e.g. by means of electro-welding sleeves 8, to the piping 9 of the free length of the tension member 1. In this case, forces which act on the inner casing 4 of the casing 2 when pre-tensioning the tensioning elements 10 and thus could cause the inner casing 4 to shift are dissipated via the casing 9 via a force-fit connection between the inner casing 4 and the casing 9.
The tensioning elements 10 run within the piping 9 and the inner casing 4. In the present example, these are bare steel strands. At the deflection point, they lie close to the inner wall of the inner shell 4 due to the forced change in direction and thus press the entire casing 2 against the reinforced concrete component 11, e.g. a steering saddle I. According to one embodiment, the space between the inner casing 4 and the tensioning elements 10 is pressed with anti-corrosive compound. However, it is also possible to leave this cavity unfilled when using grease strands.
