1.1 g Hydroxyamid (Beispiel 4) (3.17mmol) werden in 5 ml
DMF gelöst und auf O0C gekühlt. Zu dieser Lösung werden

5 Stunden weitergerührt. Die Lösung wird mit 5 ml Wasser versetzt und mit Essigester mehrmals extrahiert.
Die Extrakte werden mit ges. Kochsalz-Lösung gewaschen, getrocknet und eingeengt. Das Ketoamid kann durch Chromatographie
an Kieselgel (Laufmittel: Essigester/Methanol 8:1) gereinigt werden.
Ausbeute: 75o mg(69 %)
Schmp.: 12o-121°C (Aceton/Hexan)1.1 g of hydroxyamide (Example 4) (3.17mmol) are dissolved in 5 ml of DMF and cooled to 0 ° C. 3:57 g of pyridinium dichromate were added to this solution and stirred for 3o min at 0 0 C. Der Rückstand wird in Essigester aufgenommen, mit Wasser gewaschen, über MgSO. getrocknet und eingeengt. Der Rückstand wird an Kieselgel (Laufmittel: Essigester/Methanol 8:1) chromatographiert.
