Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Schaltungsanord-The invention relates to a circuit arrangement
nung gemäß Oberbegriff des ersten Patentanspruchs.tion according to the preamble of the first claim.
Should such a circuit arrangement for determining the position of a body are used, so can in principle by a mechanical adjustment of the sensor converts the position signal into a predetermined relationship to the position of the body be brought, so that, for example, the zero signal of a defined position is equivalent to. The mechanical adjustment of the sensor does not, however, require one insignificant design and labor expenditure, with mechanical Tolerances limits are set. In addition, there are operational zero point shifts great difficulties, for example, as a result of temperature changes. Get one such a circuit arrangement, for example, for determining the axial position a rotor supported by an actively controlled magnetic device are used, zero offsets of the position signal are disadvantageous, since this results in a considerable power consumption. Especially for such Applications there is the requirement that for a given position of the body or rotor, a residual voltage of the position signal can be compensated.
The invention is therefore based on the object with little effort to create a circuit arrangement which can be adjusted with simple means of the position signal.
This object is given by the one specified in the first claim Features solved. By means of the comparator, which is supplied with a preselectable signal will, will the Phase position of the sampling pulse with respect to the input signal moved in a simple and preselectable manner. Since by means of the sampling pulse Means for phase-sensitive rectification are controlled, thus the mechanical tolerances of the sensor or its residual stress compensated. About that In addition, phase shifts are assigned by amplifiers or the sensor Filters can be compensated for in a simple manner by setting the sampling pulse accordingly.
The comparator preferably contains a differential amplifier its input on the one hand the input signal and on the other hand a variable DC voltage is fed. The input signal is expediently contained by means of a signal source an oscillator and a square-sine converter. The preferably inductive one A filter is connected downstream of the sensor, its pass frequency on the frequency of the oscillator is tuned, so that errors due to harmonics or interference signals largely avoided. Further advantages result from the subclaims and the embodiment.
The invention is illustrated below with reference to the in the drawing Embodiment explained in more detail. 1 shows a block diagram of FIG Circuit arrangement Fig. 2 - a basic circuit diagram of the circuit arrangement with inductive Sensor.
The circuit arrangement according to FIG. 1 contains a signal source which an oscillator 2 controlled by quartz t and a square sine wave generator 3 has. This signal source provides a substantially sinusoidal Input signal U1, which is applied to the primary winding 5 of a sensor 7 via an amplifier 4. The sensor 7 contains a secondary winding 6 and a movable member 8. The member 8 is in particular connected to a rotor, not shown here, this being actively stabilized by means of a magnetic arrangement in the direction of its axis of rotation will. The sensor signal U2 applied to the secondary winding 6 is corresponding the position of the member 8 and thus corresponding to the rotor position relative to the Input signal shifted by an angle t. The sensor 7 is followed by a filter 9, where the pass frequency fo corresponds to the frequency of the input signal U1, so that harmonics or interference signals are filtered out of the sensor signal U2. The sensor signal U2 is fed to means 10 for phase-dependent rectification, which an amplifier 11 is connected downstream. The signal source 2, 3 is still connected to a comparator 12. The comparator 12 is also a preselectable Threshold signal S is supplied via a transmitter 13. The comparator 12 is a pulse shaper 14 connected downstream, which is connected to the Iiittelii 10. The to the ax ;: gmg of the pulse shaper 14 pending scanning pulse I is thus in a defined Phase relationship to the input signal U1, the phase angle using the encoder 13 can be selected.
To explain the mode of operation of the circuit arrangement, reference is made to it assumed that the phase angle between sampling pulse I and input signal U1 is equal to zero and the rotor is in its zero position, in which also the position signal U3 should be zero. As a result of incorrect adjustment of the sensor 7 is the sensor signal U2 compared to the input signal U1 shifted in phase, so that via the means 10 a falsified by a residual voltage Position signal U3 is generated. To compensate for this residual stress, a of the encoder 13 of the sampling pulse I shifted in such a way that it is at the zero crossing of the sensor signal U2 occurs. In other words: The first to the input signal In-phase sampling pulse I is by means of the encoder 13 and comparator 12 to the shifted by the same phase angle by which the sensor signal U2 to the input signal U1 is shifted due to misalignment of the sensor.
Here, a quartz-controlled oscillator 21 is provided, which oscillates at a frequency of the order of MHz. The oscillator 21 is a digital frequency divider 22 in the form of a commercially available integrated circuit downstream. The frequency divider is included with a square-sine converter a differential amplifier 23 and an LC element 24, 25 are connected. The thus generated Input signal U1 is essentially sinusoidal and becomes a differential amplifier 26 with a push-pull amplifier 27 connected downstream. That so amplified The input signal U1 is fed into the primary winding 5 of the sensor 7. The secondary winding 6 a filter network is connected in series, containing a differential amplifier 28, in whose return branch there is an RC combination.
The means for phase sensitive rectification contain one symbolically shown switch 29, which when the sampling pulse I is closed, as well as a storage capacitor 30. To amplify the on the storage capacitor 30 pending voltage, a further differential amplifier 31 is provided on whose exit the position signal U3 can be tapped. As a comparator a differential amplifier 32 is provided.
The input signal is applied to the positive input of the differential amplifier 32 U1 and the signal S of the potentiometer 33 at the negative input Donor. The differential amplifier 32 is a monoflop containing as a pulse shaper two NAND gates 34, 35 connected downstream. The phase position of the sampling pulse is shown in easily set by adjusting the potentiometer 33. How it works reference is made to the above statements on FIG.
