Description

  • Wärmedämmplatte
  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine nachträglich aufbringbare Wärmedämmplatte für beheizte bzw.
  • klimatisierte Räume zum Verhindern von Wärmeverlusten und somit Einsparen von Heizenergie.
  • Es sind bereits Wärmedämmplatten in machen Ausführungen bekannt.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es eine kostengünstige und trotzdem wirkungsvolle Wärmedämmung für beheizte und klimatisierte Räume zu finden, die außerdem in kürzester Zeit, ohne wesentliche Fachkenntnisse und Fertigkeiten von innen auf Wände zu bringen ist. Eine weitere Aufgabe war, daß die Wärmedämmung ohne viel Schmutz und sonstige Umstände auch in bewohnten Räumen anzubringen ist, ohne daß die gesamte Wohnung oder alle Wände neu dekoriert bzw. gestrichen werden müssen, wie dies z.B. bei Gipskartonplatten mit Wärmedämmung oder ähnlichem nötig wird.
  • Die Aufgabe wurde gelöst durch raumhohe Platten oder Paneelen aus leichtem Baustoff in handlicher Breite und einer Dicke je nach Anforderung und Aufbau zwischen 5 + 50 mm. Einfach mittels geeignetem handelsüblichen Kleber zu befestigen oder zu nageln. Die Oberfläche der Platte wird je nach Anforderung zum Tapezieren oder Streichen und/oder mit fertigem Dekor hergestellt. Die Stöße können stumpf oder mit Uberlappung, Verzahnung oder Nut und Feder versehen sein. Außerdem können Fugen mit einer Deckleiste verschlossen werden.
  • Als Wärmedämmung besonders geeignet sind: Zwischenlagen aus Wellpappe, Kunststoffhartschaum oder gebundene Fasern zwischen entsprechen präparierten Karton aus organischen, Mineral- oder Kunststoffasern. Bei brennbarem Karton kann dieses flammwidrig oder nichtbrennbar imprägniert werden. Außerdem kann organisches Material gegen Fäulnis und Schädlingsbefall behandelt sein.
  • Die Figuren zeigen Figur 1 zeigt den Querschnitt einer Platte bestehend aus Dekoroberfläche. Hier z.B.
  • Holzfurnier oder Druck als Brettimitation 1, darunter starker Karton 2, diesen auch Rückseitig, dazwischen Wellenlagen 3 aus Papier, Pappe oder ähnlichem Material. Die Fuge 4 stumpf verklebt.
  • Figur 2 zeigt eine Platte z.B. mit Bretterdekor 1 in der senkrechten Aufsicht.
  • Figur 3 zeigt eine Platte mit Kartonaußenseite 2, dazwischen Hartschaum 5. Die Platte mit Nuten 8 versehen in welcher eine Feder 6 eingelegt wird. Die Fuge 4 wird mit einer Leiste 7 abgedeckt oder mit Flies überklebt.
  • Figur 4 zeigt eine Platte mit beidseitigem Karton 2,wobei die Oberseite eine Uberlappung 10 aufweist, als Zwischenlage wurden hier gebundene Fasern 9 gewählt.

Claims (5)

  1. Anspriche Wärmedämmplatte dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese aus einem isolierenden Kern (3) aus Wellpappe und einer mindest außenseitigen festen Decklage (2) aus Papierlagen, Pappe oder ähnlichem Material besteht, wobei die Außenseite tapezierbar oder streichfähig ist und/oder mit einer Dekoroberfläche, z.B.
    Brettimitation (1), Tapete oder Farbe versehen ist. Alle Lagen sind fest miteinander verklebt.
  2. 2. Wärmedämmplatte nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen oder unter der Decklage ein Isolierkern aus Hartschaumstoff (5) oder gebundene Faser (9) angeklebt ist.
  3. 3. Wärmedämmplatte nach Anspruch 1 + 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese - wenn-aus brennbaren Material erstellt - flammenwidrig imprägniert ist.
  4. 4. Wärmedämmplatte nach Anspruch 1, 2 + 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dekor- oder Oberseite einseitig längs mit einer Uberlappung (10) versehen ist.
  5. 5. Wärmedämmplatte nach Ansprüchen 1, 2 + 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsseite der Platte mit Nuten und Federn (6+8) oder Verzahnung versehen ist.
