Abstract
Description
Stand der TechnikState of the art
The invention is based on a donor according to the preamble of the main claim. There are already such transmitters, for example for controlling electronic Ignition systems known in raft vehicles in which a so-called double diaphragm is used with the help of which a first magnet and the other time a second magnet is hidden, so that the Wlegand wire, which the two permanent magnets is assigned, alternating magnetic fields of different magnetic polarity is exposed.
The construction of such a diaphragm is extremely complex, the individual aperture sectors must be coordinated with one another and the arrangement is relatively expensive to manufacture due to the complex panel.
Advantages of the invention The device according to the invention with the characterizing Features of the main claim has the advantage that it is particularly simple and cost-saving in its construction and that the angular segments to be marked respectively.
Wegstrecken durch Leitstücke einfach markiert werden können.Routes can be easily marked by guide pieces.
The measures listed in the subclaims are advantageous Further training and improvements of the facility specified in the main claim possible.
Drawing An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing and explained in more detail in the following description. It shows Fig. la and Ib a transducer disk with guide pieces for magnetic field concentration and Fig. 2 a simple aperture wheel for magnetic field concentration.
Description of the Invention So-called Wiegand wires are per se known. With such wires, as they are, for example, in the magazine "Electronics" of July 10, 1975, pages 100 to 105 are described, the domains of a polycrystalline material polarized in one direction by a magnetic field. After removing the magnetic field, the domains remain in this polarized field State. Now a magnetic field is applied in the opposite direction to the Wiegand wire applied, the domains change when exceeding a defined magnetic Field strength suddenly changes its direction of polarization. This reversal of direction becomes A sharp needle pulse is generated in a pick-up coil, the height of which is only determined by the Reversal speed in the domains of the Wiegand wire is determined.
The use of such Wiegand wires in speed and / or angle encoders is particularly favorable because the needle pulses induced in the pick-up coil are speed-independent in their amplitude, i.e. the speed sensors, for example emit signals with sufficient amplitude even at very low speeds.
The effect described is shown in the drawing Encoder exploited. In Fig. La a Wiegand wire lo is shown by a Pickup coil 11 is surrounded. Are about the same distance from the Wiegand wire two permanent magnets 12 and 13 of different polarity arranged. Because the Wiegand wire 10 is approximately in the middle between these two magnets 12 and 13, is the resulting Total magnetic field to which the Wiegand wire 10 is exposed, approximately zero. The A disk 14 is opposite the permanent magnets 12, 13 and the Wiegand wire 10 arranged with guide pieces 15, 16, with gaps between the guide pieces 15 and 16 17 are arranged. These Leitstlcke are - in the process considered - guided past the Wiegand wire 10 in a meandering shape. In the process shown in Fig. 1a position of the disk 14, the magnetic field of the permanent magnet 12 through the guide piece 15 brought up to the Wiegand wire 10, so that this mainly is exposed to the magnetic field of the permanent magnet 12 and thus a magnetic field the one magnetic polarization. In a second guide piece position, which is shown in Fig. 1b is shown, the guide piece 16 is the permanent magnet 13 opposite, as a result, the Wiegand wire 10 is exposed to a magnetic field of opposite polarization and thereby a certain signal or a certain signal sequence in the Wiegand wire 1O caused. Depending on the polarization of the Wiegand wire 10 takes place in the Position according to Fig.
la ein Setzen des Wiegand-Drahtes und bei der Stellung nach Fig. 1b ein Rücksetzen oder umgekehrt.la a setting of the Wiegand wire and in the position according to FIG. 1b a reset or vice versa.
The dimensions of the guide pieces 15, 16 on the disk 14 correspond the desired angle markings, whereby by alternately leading up the magnetic fields of the permanent magnets 12 and 13 on the Wiegand wire 10 a flux density modulation on the wire.
When certain induction values are reached, how already indicated above, speed-independent voltage pulses induced whose time Distance corresponds to the geometric angle markings on the disk 14.
Bin zweites Ausführungsbeispiel ist in Fig. 2 dargestellt.A second exemplary embodiment is shown in FIG.
By different distances between two permanent magnets 18 and 19 of the Wiegand wire 10 and the associated pick-up coil 11 becomes the Wiegand wire 10 exposed to a magnetic field with a defined magnetic field strength. These Magnetic field strength becomes when conductive pieces 20 of a disk 21 pass by reversed by the Field lines of the more distant and opposite polarized magnets are brought closer to the Wiegand wire 10.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the defined total field, to which the Wiegand wire 10 is exposed, due to a different distance between two approximately equally strong permanent magnets 18 and 19 generated. It is also quite possible at the same distance from the T; Tiegand; wire two permanent magnets of different Arrange field strengths.
In the described encoder arrangements according to FIGS. 1 a, 1 b and 2 are rotation systems. However, it is easily possible that described Principle for any type of position detection of moving parts, including to apply parts that can move linearly past each other.
The encoder device described is particularly inexpensive in its Structure, not susceptible to interference and has a low-resistance output. The impulses are speed-independent generated and the encoder works contactless and therefore wear-free.
