Abstract

New herbicides contain as active substance a combination of (a) an alkyl ester of 9-hydroxyfluorene-9-carboxylic acid (fluorenol); (b) an alkyl ester of 4-chloro-2-methylphenoxyacetic acid (MCPA); (c) N-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-propionamide (prpanil); and (d) 2,6-dinitro-N,N-dipropyl-4-trifluoromethyl-aniline (trifluralin) or N3,N3-diethyl-2,4-dinitro-6-trifluoromethyl-1,3-benenediamine (dinitramin) or S- (4-chlorophenyl)methyl -diethylcarbamothioate(bentiocarb); together with (e) usual adjuvants and carriers.
