Description

Die in den Zeichnungen dargestellte Leimauftragsvorrichtung dient dazu, mehrere — hier drei — Leimstränge unterschiedlicher Länge gleichzeitig auf einen Kartonzuschnitt 26 aufzubringen. Es ist ein Gehäuseblock 11 vorgesehen, der einen Vorratsbehälter 12 für den Leim aufweist Der Gehäuseblock 11 besitzt an seinem oberen Ende einen Deckel 13, der den Vorratsbehälter 12 abdeckt und ferner einen Stutzen aufweisen kann, der mit einer Druckluftquelle verbunden ist Der Vorratsbehälter 12 weist an seinem unteren Ende mindestens eine Bohrung 16 auf, die in einer Bohrung im Gehäuseblock 11 endet, die einen Steuerkolben 17 aufnimmt Der Steuerko'ifeen 17 ist durch den Gehäuseblock 11 geführt und besitzt außerhalb von diesem zwei Seegerringe 18,19 und an einem Ende eine Kupplung 104 zur Befestigung an einer Steuerstange, mit der der Steuerkolben 17 um einen vorgegebenen Hub in dem Gehäuseblock 11 hin- und herbewegt werden kann, wobei die beiden Seegerringe 18,19 als Anschläge dienen. Der Steuerkolben 17 weist ringförmige Steuernuten 21 auf, die einerseits mit der Bohrung 16 und andererseits mit Leimdüsen 22 in Verbindung stehen, die sich auf der der Bohrung 16 gegenüberliegenden Seite des Steuerkolbens 17 befinden. Jede Leimdüse 22 weist eine Länge auf, die so kurz wie möglich sein sei!, beispielsweise 2 mm. Der Durchmesser der Leimdüse beträgt zweckmäßigerweise nicht mehr als 0,8 mm, insbesondere 0,6 mm. An seiner Unterseite besitzt der Gehäuseblock 11 zwei Führungsstege, durch die beispielsweise der zu leimende Karton 26 gleitet, wobei die Düse 22 einen Leimauftrag auf dem Karton aufbringt Ferner ist in dem Gehäuseblock 11 eine Heizpatrone für Heißschmelzleim vorgesehen. Zu diesem Zweck weist die Leimauftragsvorrichtung drei verbundene Steuerkolben 17a, i7b und 17c auf, wobei entsprechende Bohrungen 16a bis 16c jeweils zwei Steuernuten 21 in jedem Steuerkolben 17a bis 17c mit Leim versorgen, wobei die Ste-jernuten 21 bei entsprechender Stellung der Steuerkolben 17a bis 17c mit Leimdüsen 22a bis 22c in Verbindung stehen.The glue application device shown in the drawings serves to apply several - here three - glue strands of different lengths to a cardboard blank 26 at the same time. Durch Verschieben etwa des Steuerkolbens 17a in die in F i g. 2 dargestellte Stellung, in der der Leimauftrag durch die Düsen 22a unterbrochen wird, wird der Raum 29a vergrößert Ferner befindet sich benachbart der Abstufung 31 des Bolzens 28 ein Ringraum 32a in der Blindbohrung des Steuerkolbens 17a.
