Die Erfindung betrifft ein pyrophores Rädchenfeuerzeug mit abnehmbarem Deckel. Das Neue besteht der Erfindung gemäß darin, daß Deckel und Reibrädchen mit einer zusammen arbeitenden Schaltvorrichtung versehen sind, durch die das Rädchen beim jedesmaligen Abheben des Deckels gedreht wird und die Zündung herbeiführt. Erreicht wird dies dadurch, daß die Schaltvorrichtung aus einem ίο am Reibrad sitzenden Schaltrad und einem am Deckel federnd angebrachten und lose hinter die Zähne des Schaltrades greifenden Mitnehmerhebel besteht.The invention relates to a pyrophoric wheel lighter with a removable lid. Das Feuerzeug besitzt das bekannte Rädchen a, das sich lose um eine Achse b dreht und die von ihm erzeugten Zündfunken gegen einen Docht c sprüht. Gemäß der Erfindung ist nun mit dem Rädchen α ein Schaltrad β fest verbunden, dessen Zähne bei aufgesetztem Deckel d von einem Mitnehmer f hintergriffen werden, der am Deckel d befestigt ist und federt. Er kann z. B. als Federbügel ausgebildet sein.
Wenn nun der Deckel^ aufgesetzt ist, hintergreift der Mitnehmer f einen der Zähne des Schaltrades e (Fig. 1). Wird dann der Deckel d rasch abgenommen, so wird dadurch auch das Rädchen α gedreht, und die Zündfunken sprühen gegen den Docht c (Fig. 2). Der Mitnehmer f gelangt dabei aus seiner Lücke heraus, so daß der Deckel ohne weiteres ganz abgenommen werden kann. Wird er wieder aufgesetzt, so drückt sich der Mitnehmer f über den zu hinterfassenden Zahn, und das Feuerzeug ist wieder in gebrauchsfertigem Zustand.
