Es ist bekannt, daß man eine Tourenregelung von Mehrphasen-Kollektormaschinen sowie eine Verbesserung ihres Leistungsfaktors dadurch erreichen kann, daß man parallel zum Läufer Drosselspulen schaltet (Patent 177255). Nach vorliegender Erfindung werden die Drosselspulen ganz oder teilweise dadurch vermieden, daß man parallel zum Läufer unmittelbar oder mittelbar, z. B. mittels Transformatoren mit veränderlicher Übersetzung, die Feldwicklung legt. Unter Feldwicklung ist hier diejenige Wicklung zu verstehen, in der wesentlich nur wattloser Strom fließt.
