Abstract

The brush has a rotating middle part (1) which consists of two water wheels with paddle ends. A water hose is screwed to the brush handle, so that the water is conducted through pipes and is then pressed through nozzles (4, 4a) as a result of the strong water pressure. The nozzles are arranged obliquely opposite to produce rotation of the water wheels in opposite directions. A partition (6) in the middle of the brushes is impervious to water, and serves to support the two water wheel brushes. The contrary rotation of the two water wheels causes the water to come out through all holes, thereby wetting all the bristles (14, 17). The outer edge of the water wheel paddles (15) is inside the brush casing, and only allows the bristles of the water wheel from the rigid brush part to rotate (17).

Description

Bürste mit rotierendem Mittelteil.Brush with rotating central part.

The invention relates to a brush with a rotating central part for cleaning smooth surfaces, especially personal vehicles.

With this type of brushing, the coarse and fine washing is done in an arheitsaano completed.

It is known that brushes are manufactured to meet these needs (German Patent Office DT.KL.09 B 00 Reason 013) which despite their technical Complexity does not bring the required performance.

The invention is based on the problem of the large number of brushes to reduce and to facilitate and simplify cleaning with the brush. According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the brush is rotating The middle part has (1;), consisting of two water wheels at their blade ends (2.2a;) are attached. The water hose screwed to the brush handle guides the Use the brush to move the water through the handle of the brush up over the water wheels located cannula (3.3a;) and is pressed through the nozzles (4.4a;), which exactly in the middle above the water wheels. By the opposite diagonally attached nozzle position (5.5a;) the water wheels get an opposite one Rotation The partition (6.6a;) in the middle of the brush also serves as a bearing for both Water brushes (18;). It is not permeable to water and prevents disruption of the water wheels running in the opposite direction.

The water is drawn off by the rapid rotation of the water wheels Water wheel blades (7.7a; 7b;) on the inner walls of the brush (8;) through the openings §9;) of the rigid brush part between the bristles pressed outwards. The rapid rotation is made possible by the strong water pressure that comes from the nozzles (5.5a;) comes, and penetrates directly into the somewhat curved water wheel blade chamber (10;) the airtight or water-impermeable cavity (11;) of the water wheel achieved. The water pressure runs through the rear waterwheel brush with the turn to the left, flows through the left inner half of the brush, but also flows through the opening in the Awischenwand 212;) to the front flashing side. The water pressure flows through it the front waterwheel brush with the rotation to the right and the right front side and finds passage on the perforated bearing wall (13.13a;) until towards the tip of the brush. Breakthroughs (14.14a :) direct the water between the Bristles facing outwards. The rapid rotation of the water wheel brush is also due to it favors that the outer edge (15.15au) of the water wheel blade is inside the Brush qehäuses is located and only the bristles of the water wheel (16;) from the rigid Rotate the brush part (17;) out. The advantages achieved by the invention exist especially in the fact that instead of a large number of these brushes the water probably to the Clean is used and flows through the brush, but not at the same time is used to make a water wheel brush rotate within a brush bring.

An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing and is described in more detail below: FIG. 1 shows the cross section of the brush in length, the brush housing can be seen and the ones stored in it Water wheel brushes.

Fig. 2 the lower view of the brush reveals the round openings, from which the water penetrates between the fixed bristles, the rectangular ones Recesses that allow the water brushes to rotate.
