Abstract
Description
Stand der TechnikState of the art
The invention is based on a car wash according to the genus Main claim. There is already a washing system of this type known in which to generate a swirl body is arranged by liquid droplets in the nozzle channel. Further a conical jet emerges from the nozzle known from there, its base area is circular. This is a disadvantage if the pane to be cleaned is circular deviates significantly because either important disc areas are then not from the beam are detected or the washing liquid, which is already limited in any case, is wasted will.
It is also known in a cleaning system for windshields, to direct the liquid jet against a baffle plate that breaks the jet and reflects so that the liquid spray as a large area of the windshield networks. However, by deflecting the liquid jet, part of the in this existing energy is consumed, which is necessary for the wiper-free cleaning of the window would be required. This deficiency could only be caused by a larger dimensioning corrected by the pump. Next is the spray generated with the known system in contrast to a jet of liquid broken down into droplets, not suitable, to bring the energy required for cleaning to the pane.
Advantages of the invention The washing system according to the invention with the characterizing Features of the main claim has the advantage that once a wiper-less Cleaning achieved a suitable structure of the liquid jet and further the cross-section of the beam approximated or even adapted to the disk shape will can, so that the washing liquid is optimally used and a complete cleaning the disc is reached.
Exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawing and explained in more detail in the following description.
Es zeigen Figur 1 eine Draufsicht auf eine Waschdüse der erfindungsgemäßen Waschanlage, einen Schnitt durch die Düse entlang der Linie II-II, Figur 3 eine Ansicht der Waschdüse in Richtung des Pfeiles III gesehen, Figur 4 eine Draufsicht auf eine andere Ausführung der Waschdüse, Figur 5 einen Teilschnitt durch die Waschdüse gemäß Figur 4, entlang der Linie V-V, Figur 6 einen Teilschnitt durch die Waschdüse gemäß Figur 5, entlang der Linie VI-VI und Figur 7 der Figur 6 entsprechenden Teilschnitte von weiteren, nicht näher dargestellten Waschdüsen.FIG. 1 shows a plan view of a washing nozzle of the invention Washing system, a section through the nozzle along the line II-II, Figure 3 a View of the washing nozzle seen in the direction of arrow III, Figure 4 is a plan view to another embodiment of the washing nozzle, FIG. 5 a partial section through the washing nozzle according to Figure 4, along the line V-V, Figure 6 is a partial section through the washing nozzle according to FIG. 5, along the line VI-VI and FIG. 7, partial sections corresponding to FIG of further washing nozzles not shown in detail.
Description of the invention A washing nozzle shown in FIG 10 has a nozzle body 11 (FIG. 2) through which a nozzle channel 12 passes. The nozzle channel has a wide inlet opening 13, at which a not shown Line is connected to a feed pump, also not shown leads. An outlet opening 14 of the nozzle channel opposite this inlet opening 13 12 is severely narrowed and forms the nozzle orifice. The washing liquid flows through so the nozzle body 11 from the inlet opening 13 in the direction of the nozzle mouth 14. On the end face 15 of the nozzle body 11, on which the nozzle orifice 14 is located, the nozzle body 11 has a shoulder 16, one side surface 17 of which is a guide surface for a liquid jet 18 exiting from the nozzle orifice 14. At the extension 16 has its free end Tear-off edge 19 on, at which the liquid jet 18 flowing along the guide surface 17 in fine droplets are broken down. The guide surface 17 of the extension 16 has a such a curved course that the tear-off edge 19, based on the axis 20 of the nozzle channel 12, on which the transition 21 from the nozzle body 11 to the attachment 16 opposite side. As Figure 1 further shows, the tear-off edge 19 seen in the direction of flow on a concave course. The nozzle channel 12 has As can be seen from FIG. 3, a rectangular one in its mouth area 14 Cross-section. This is particularly advantageous if the area to be cleaned is also Disc has a rectangular shape. Because the liquid jet 18 from the nozzle mouth 14 from diverges and the tear-off edge 19 is arranged at a distance from the nozzle mouth 14 is, the length of the tear-off edge is greater than the width of the nozzle orifice 14 in the direction of extent the tear-off edge 19 seen. This is independent of the cross-sectional shape of the nozzle orifice 14 of importance. By the strength of the curvature of the guide surface 17 and the cross-sectional shape of the nozzle orifice 14, the spray pattern 22 can meet the requirements in a simple manner be adjusted. In practice, the tear-off edge 19 is then expediently parallel placed to one side edge of the disc.
In the embodiment shown in Figures 4 to 6 corresponds the structure of the nozzle body essentially corresponds to the structure of the nozzle body described above. The nozzle 110 has a nozzle body 111 through which a nozzle channel 112 passes is. The nozzle channel 112 has a wide entrance opening 113 and a narrow exit opening 114, which forms the nozzle mouth.
Die vier Seitenflächen 118, 119, 120 und 121 bilden Führungsflächen für den aus der Düsenmündung 114 austretenden Flüssigkeitsstrahl 122.In contrast to the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 is on the nozzle body 111, instead of a shoulder, on the end face 115 of the nozzle body 111 an angular Bracket 116 molded, the free leg of which extends into the area in front of the nozzle opening 114. The free leg of the bracket 116 carries a body 117 which has the shape of a rectangular pyramid in plan Has. The four side surfaces 118, 119, 120 and 121 form guide surfaces for the liquid jet 122 emerging from the nozzle opening 114.
The guide surfaces 118 to 121 are therefore at a distance in front of the nozzle mouth 114 arranged. The arrangement of the body 117 is made so that its Tip 123 lies on the axis 124 of the nozzle channel 112 and against the nozzle mouth 114 points.
The guide surfaces 118 to 121 are therefore on one in the direction of flow steadily thickening body 117 is formed.
Each of the guide surfaces 118 to 121 has a tear-off edge 125 to 128, which are formed by a base surface 129 which intersects the body 117 is. The nozzle shown in Figures 4 to 6 is particularly for cleaning substantially rectangular disks because that generated by this nozzle Spray pattern 130 is substantially rectangular. This is primarily due to the special Training of the body 117. In addition, the mouth 114 of the Nozzle channel 112 rectangular in cross-section, creating a rectangular shape Spray pattern is further supported.
In general it can be stated that in the execution of the nozzle According to FIGS. 4 to 7, the course of the tear edges is an essential criterion for the shape of the spray pattern. So when creates a circular spray pattern is to be, the body 217 will be tapered, while for a square one Disc of body 317 will be in the shape of a pyramid (Figure 7). In these cases It can also be useful if the nozzle mouth is circular Bore formed or when the mouth is square in cross section. Form the cross section of the nozzle mouth should therefore correspond to the shape of the base of the body be at least geometrically similar. Furthermore is still from Meaning, that the guide surfaces 17 and 118 to 121 with the axis 20 and 124 of the nozzle channel 12 or 112 enclose an obtuse angle #.
