Beschreibung.Description.
The control systems that work with electrical position feedback
as is well known, enable remote adjustment of moving machine parts with almost any precision
of all kinds, regardless of which masses are to be moved and which forces are involved
to be overcome. But there are also tasks where these are so small that
esmöglidh is, the desired uniqueness of the setting already without the effort
the feedback, i.e. through direct control using certain rotating field systems (Selsyn motors)
or multi-pole rotary magnets (stepper motors).
For short distances, up to about 50 mm, with an accuracy of about
10 mm are to be set, the drive of a micrometer screw is recommended
one of the mentioned tele motors, but for obvious reasons a mechanical one
Reduction of the screw against the motor is desired.
aufweisen.Reduction and screw should have as little spin and friction as possible
exhibit.
Fig. 1 zeigt die Gesamtanordnung,
und vom bewegten Element 12 her axial sehr geringfügig
belastet.
mitbewegten, elastischen Element 13.The present invention relates to the design and the drive
a motion screw, called a motor screw, for remote control almost without resistance
moving parts of the device, especially the optics. Fig. 1 shows the overall arrangement,
Fig. 2 shows the transfer of motion from the motor to the screw and the cross section
mother. The rotation of the motor 1 is controlled by a toothed belt 3 from the timing pulley
2 transferred to the externally toothed drum 4 connected to the screw 5 in a stocky manner.
A stronger reduction requires a correspondingly large drum diameter,
at which coagulated interference of the tooth pitches of the toothed belt and the drum
can interfere with the engagement of the teeth. To counter this, there are two according to the invention
laterally arranged guide rollers 6, 7 available, which the engaging arc of the
Limit the toothed belt to a certain, smaller angle 8 than is otherwise the case
were. The guide rollers also have the function of axially guiding the toothed belt
and through said limitation of the pressure angle, that of the belt tension becomes
resulting, radial load on the nut 9 arranged approximately in the plane of the belt,
10 greatly reduced in size. The screw 5 is guided outside the nut in the bearing 11
and very slightly axially from the moving element 12
burdened.
Since ball bearings are required in motor 1 and in the guide rollers, there is
the frictional resistance from the contributions of the toothed belt 3 and the screw 5 in the nut thread
9, 10. According to the invention, the latter is achieved by appropriate selection of the pressure angle
8 and the resultant R of the belt tension of the load exerted on the ven 12
Adjusted screw while the belt tension itself by means known per se
is kept at a certain value. The split of the mother into the sectors
The purpose of 9 and 10 is the clear position of the screw in relation to the nut thread, even if it is reversed
the direction of rotation. The arrangement is completed by a means for maintaining it
the frictional connection between the screw 5 and the device part 12 to be moved,
through which the thread of the screw is not axially loaded. It either exists
in that 12 as a permanent magnet attracts the screw made of steel,
or, as shown in Fig. 1, from one, the parts 5 and 12 axially pressing against one another,
moving elastic element 13.
