Dachformstein. Patentiert im Deutschen Reiche vom 6. Oktober 1909 ab.Shaped roof brick. Patented in the German Empire on October 6, 1909 .
The subject of the present invention is a roof tile shape to transition into Throats and ridges in the Dutch pan roof. This stone shape is characterized by that in the case of a rectangular basic shape it merges from the corrugated into a flat surface tapering to the ends.
There are already connecting stone shapes for the roofing known, which merge from a corrugated into a flat surface on which the ridge capstones come to rest. It is also known in the monastery roof to use molded connecting stones from the Merge hollow brick shape into flat brick shape, but with the flat end like a fold is designed to grip like a fold under the burr tile covering the ridge. It will hence the monastery roof, which has become known, since the one that was worked on to the ridge connecting stone Rebate must necessarily adapt to the inclination of the burr, for each changed burr or Roof pitch, new forms of ridge connecting stones required. When the monastery roof is A conclusion is also achieved in the valley by the fact that the valley connecting stones are again fold-like reach over a special channel-like Kehlstein. This arrangement also requires Naturally, according to the changing roof pitch, a lot of special connecting stone shapes.
In contrast, [the innovation according to the present invention enables the corrugated roof surface is converted into a flat, without any fold, so that the so obtained flat surface can be cut through at any inclination and so in the Use of. Always the same stone shape with every border allows a tight seal is. The same is the case with the throats. The corrugated roof shape works here as well in a plane over. The throat, which then without the use of a special gutter stone is created, consists of the well-known common beaver tail tongue stones.
In the stone shape according to the present invention, therefore, in contrast to the connecting stone forms that have become known on the monastery roof, the flat part of theirs Basic shape according to the rectangular connecting block shape without any fold up to the edge of the stone. This gives the opportunity with only one shaped stone, which can be cut off if necessary, using common ones Beaver tails get along for all roof pitches with throats and ridges.
As can be seen from FIG. 1, when a fillet is produced, a connection of the beaver tail fillet made of individual tongue stones with the corrugated pans, which has so far been tried and tested in the beaver tail crown roof, is made possible; This purpose is served by two types of fillet connecting stones which, however, are not part of the subject matter of the invention. The block marked α is canted on the left and thus results in the connection to the shaped blocks b, which at their lower
These shaped stones b then easily adapt to the wavy line of the normal pans. The stone α gives a tight fit against the stone b in the manner of an ordinary pan due to its upstand on the left side , while the stone α to the right the transition into the flat surface to the
to gewöhnlichen Kehlbiberschwänze vermittelt.conveyed to ordinary throat beaver tails.
If the groove is inclined approximately in the direction of the diagonal of a pan, the connection is achieved in the simplest way by a step-like arrangement in each stone layer. With a steeper slope of the roof, jumping in the direction of the roof slope takes place by leaving out a shaped block b in every second or third layer. If the roof is flat, it is necessary to jump in such a way that two stones b are arranged next to one another in a mediation layer.
As can be seen from FIG. 2, for the connection from the right side of the throat, a right-hand corrugated and left-hand flat shaped block c with a lower closure c 1 of the shaft is required; the ordinary pans line up on the right side of this shaped stone c without difficulty. Here, too, the mediation takes place in the event of a difference in inclination by jumping in steps.
The covering of the burrs requires connecting stones that are shaped differently on both sides, similar to the fillets. As can be seen in FIG. 3, the stones d for the connection to the right of the ridge are designed so that they merge into the straight surface after the ridge and can thus be easily covered with the usual ridge stones (such as the ridge). To the lower right these stones merge into the wave form; upwards, the shaft is closed at e in order to protect against water flowing down and to cover the stone f next to it. The stones f mediate the transition to the waves of the rest of the roof. Each stone f has an upstand at the bottom left up to the end of the end e or until the end of the corrugation of the stone d , which enables a tight fit against the corrugated part of the stone d; At the top left, stone f, corresponding to the flat design of stone d , also ends flat so that the two flat surfaces lie well on top of one another. Here, too, according to the changed ridge inclination, the connection to the straight surface takes place up to a certain limit by means of ordinary beaver tails h, which, like the stones d, are to be pinched according to the ridge line. If the ridge slopes more or less, jumping can be necessary. In the horizontal direction, this is conveyed by the connecting block i, which can be seen from FIG. 4 and corresponds to the block d in FIG. 3.
The small pieces of beaver tail h are fastened in the mortar bed with zinc adhesive. The parts that extend beyond the ridge line are pinched off and only drawn with dotted lines for the sake of clarity.
For the left ridge connection, as indicated in FIG. 5, two shaped stones are required. The shaped stone I, which has the transition from the corrugated to the flat surface on the right and is canted on the left to transition into the wavy roof shape, and the stone m, whose left side is adapted to the shape of the stone I and on the right to connect to the beaver tail expires.
Die Fig. 6 und 7 zeigen in Schaubildern größere Teile eines unter Benutzung der neuen Steinformen hergestellten Pfannendaches am Grat und an der Kehle.FIGS. 6 and 7 show in diagrams larger parts of one using the new one Pan roofs made of stone molds on the ridge and on the throat.
