Wärmekollektor für eine Spnnenheizun^ Heat collector for a Spnnenheizun ^
The invention relates to a heat collector for solar heating with a flat, roughly rectangular absorber plate and water as a heat transfer medium.
Zudem muß infolge der dünnen Kupferrohrquerschnitte immer ein Zwangsumlauf durch den Wärmekollektor erfolgen und innere Ausgleichsströmungen infolge ungleichmäßiger Sonneneinstrahlung können kaum stattfinden (COMPlES Bulletin 1967, 13, Seiten 53 bis 55).Solar heat collectors are usually installed on the roof of a house and absorb the heat from the sun Water is fed to a storage tank as a heat transfer medium. Since the amounts of heat are often very small, it is essential that they can be transported away quickly and without loss by the heat transfer medium from the heat collector. A well-known heat collector, the one made of a copper plate with copper pipes attached to it exists for the heat carrier, this requirement hardly meets because not all parts of the heat absorber directly from Heat transfer medium are touched. In addition, because of the thin copper pipe cross-sections, there must always be a forced circulation through the heat collector and internal compensatory flows due to uneven solar radiation can hardly take place (COMPlES Bulletin 1967, 13, pages 53 to 55).
The invention is therefore based on the object of utilizing heat to improve in a heat collector.

Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß der Wärmekollelrtor hauptsächlich als flacher, wasserführender Hohlkörper ausgebildet ist, dessen eine Wand aus der Absorberplatte besteht und der an zwei gegenüberliegenden Stirnseiten in I Längsrichtung etwa gleichmäßig verteilte, gleich große Öff-I nungen aufweist, die den Wasserraum des Hohlkörpers mit am ■ Hohlkörper befestigten Anschlußkanälen verbinden, wobei derAccording to the invention this object is achieved in that the Heat collector mainly as a flat, water-bearing hollow body is formed, one wall of which consists of the absorber plate and which on two opposite end faces in I Longitudinally evenly distributed, equally sized Open-I has openings which connect the water space of the hollow body with the connection channels attached to the ■ hollow body, the
The cross-section of the connection channels is at least as large as the sum of the cross-sections of the associated openings.
Durch ; die Yerteilung der gleich großen Öffnungen in den Stirnwändeni Since the one wall of the hollow body serves as an absorber plate, an immediate Eontakt of the heat carrier is I with the Wärmeauf-: participants thereto so that Terluste are largely avoided. By ; the distribution of the openings of the same size in the end walls
I körpers unnötige Wassermassen vermieden.j the heat transfer medium is evenly distributed in the water space of the hollow : body introduced, and since the cross-section of the connection channels is at least as large as the total cross-section of the assigned, ned openings, this even inflow is added! promoted. In addition, the flat design of the hollow I body avoided unnecessary masses of water.
j Um die gleichmäßige Durchströmung des Hohlkörpers noch weiterj To ensure even flow through the hollow body even further

1 A particularly good flow through the water-carrying hollow body results when at least one straight flow guide bar is arranged in the water space of the hollow body j, which ends at a distance in front of the end faces provided with openings and which connects the two top sides of the hollow body.

With this design, channels are formed in the interior of the hollow body, which regulate the flow. Since these at their ends ", with each other in · compound are compensation currents j does not interfere within the hollow body j Further, the flow-deflecting strip contribute considerably to stiffening the hollow body at..
In order not to divide the water flow unevenly in the hollow body, a flow guide bar is provided in the middle between two openings.
A particularly simple and cost-saving design of a heat collector results when the hollow body from the at a distance from the absorber plate running rear wall plate as well as from its folds attached to the absorber plate is formed, wherein the connection channels from the openings covering, consist of approximately rectangular channels in cross-section. A further cost reduction is thereby advantageously achieved achieved that an adhesive layer is inserted between the connection points of the individual parts of the heat collector.
To avoid heat loss and to stiffen the entire structure the back of the heat collector advantageously carries a layer of hardened plastic foam, for example styrofoam.
If the heat collector is intended for the formation of a battery, so it is advantageous if the cross-section of the connecting lines, which are equally dimensioned with one another, together with The connection line cross section of the other collectors is at most equal to the cross section of the connection lines between the individual heat collectors. If the above cross-sectional ratios are adhered to, the heat carrier distribution is also correct evenly on the individual heat collectors.

In Figure 3 are two heat collectors via connecting lines 11 connected to a battery.
I During operation, the heat transfer medium, usually water, flows over the ' Closing lines 12 in the lower connection channel 7 and from here via the openings 4 of the same size as one another in the Water space 5 »is heated here and flows off upwards. Through the specified openings according to the invention and their cross-section A uniform inflow of the heat transfer medium into the water space 5 is achieved through the flow guide bars 8 maintained. The solar heat radiated through the glass pane 13 is absorbed by the absorber plate and released directly to the heating medium flowing past. Through the interaction of the aforementioned measures a lossless and complete heat dissipation from the heat collector is given.
