Abstract

Description

VERFAHREN ZUR BESEITIGUNG VON MAUERSENKUNGEN Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Beseitigung von Mauersenkungen im Brennraum eines Industrieofens, der seitlich von Mauern aus feuerfesten Ziegeln begrenzt ist, welche Mauern außen von einem Blechmantel oder Trägergerüst umgeben sind. Im Laufe der Zeit können sich diese Mauern nach innen neigen, besonders wenn einzelne der feuerfesten Ziegel oder der Mörtel beim Betrieb des Ofens beschädigt wurden. Dann genügte es bisher nicht, die schadhaften Stellen im Mauerwerk auszubessern, sondern es mußte die ganze Mauer abgerissen und lotrecht bzw. mit dem ursprünglichen steilen Winkelmaß neu errichtet werden. Diesen erheblichen zusätzlichen Reparaturaufwand zu vermeiden, ist Aufgabe des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens, welches darin besteht, daß ein gestufter, in Absenkungsrichtung sich erweitender Durchbruch in das Mauerwerk gestermmt und darin ein keramischer Wandanker eingemörtelt wird durch Eingießen oder Einstampfen oder Eins ritzen von feuerfester Messe, wobei der Anker über seine Klaue und ein Halteeisen mit einer S@annvorrichtung am Ofengerüst abgestützt und diese nach dem Aushärten der feuerfesten Masse im Aufrichtsinne betätigt wird. Durch mäßiges Anziehen und gelegentliches Nachstellen der Spannvorrichtung wird die wertvolle feuerfeste Mauer langsam und schonend in die urspüngliche Position zurückgebracht, bis zum Anliegen gegen den Blechmantel oder das Trägergerüst. Die Spannvorrichtung bleibt eingebaut und verhindert zuverlässig eine erneute Absenkbewegung der reparierten Mauer. Zum dauerhaften Schutz gegen die Hitzeeinwirkung werden vorteilhaft auch das etwa aus der Tand ragende rückwärtige Tnde des Ankers samt der darauf sitzende Klaue und dem in diese greifenden Ende des Halteeisens mit der feuerfesten Masse überzogen.
