In Fig. 1 ist lediglich die eigentliche erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung gezeigt, die an einem elektrischen Leiter irgendeiner Art, z.B. einem isolierten Kabelleiter od.dgl., zur Anbringung bestimmt ist. Die in Fig. 1 gezeigte Ausführungsform besteht aus zwei Körpern, wobei der eine Körper von dem anderen Körper teilweise umschlossen ist. Der eine Körper besteht aus einem Leiterschuh 1, welcher aus irgendeinem zweckmässigen elektrisch leiten^- eben Material hergestellt ist, das sich an einem entblössten Leiterende festgiessen lässt, das in ein Loch 2 im Schuh 1 eingeführt wird. Das Material des Schuhes 1 ist vorzugsweise irgendeine geeignete Bleilegierung. Die Bleilegierung kann ggf. durch ein anderes, mindestens ebenso hohe Plastizität aufweisendes Material ersetzt werden. Der Schuh 1 hat hauptsächlich zylindrische Form um das Loch 2 und endigt in eine kreisförmig gekrümmte Zunge 3> deren Form mit der eines kreisförmigen Loches in dem anderen Körper übereinstimmt, welcher aus einem Halter 4 besteht. Der dem Mittelpunkt des Loches zugekehrte Teil des Körpers 1 und dessen Zunge sind völlig entblösst. Der zweite Körper oder Halter 4 besteht aus einem elektrisch isolierenden Material und umschliesst den Schuh 1 mit Ausnahme dessen dem Loch zugekehrten Teils. Der Halter 4 besteht hauptsächlich aus einem geschlitzten Ring, wobei der Schlitz mit 5 bezeichnet ist. Der Schlitz 5 im Ring 4 dient als Ausweitglied, das ein Aufbiegen des Ringes 4 und somit ein Öffnen des Schlitzes 5 gestattet, welcher sich danach schliesst, weil das Material im Halter oder Ring 4 elastisch ist. Tatsächlich soll sich das Material im Ring oder in den Löchern durch hohe Steifheit, Härte und Elastizität sowie niedriges Kriechen auszeichnen.
