Die Erfindung betrifft einen Metallprofilrahmen für Fensterflügel, Türflügel und dergleichen, der in bekannter Weise aus zwei Teilprofilrahmen zusammengesetzt ist, die voneinander durch eine wärmedämmende Zwischenlage distanziert sind. Duroh die Zwischenlage soll jede Kältebrücke zwischen der Innen- und der Außenseite des Rahmens vermieden werden. Durch die Erfindung ist ein Metallprofilrahmeri dieser Art gesohaffen, welcher sich gegenüber bekannten Rahmen durch besondere Festigkeit auszeichnet.
