In dem Haupt-Patent ist die Einrichtung von vier Nadelplatten in einer Lamb'schen Strickmaschine dargestellt; in jeder Platte lagert eine Nadelreihe und es arbeiten die vier Nadelreihen in einem Kreuzungspunkte. An der Stelle, wo sich die Theile α und b der Platte berühren, ■ sind Durchbrechungen zum Einführen der Nadeln vorgesehen.
