Description
The Frlinduiig refers to a flow meter, especially respiratory flow regulator for lung function diagnostics. consisting of a flow tube with at least two pressure discharge members as well a flow resistance that consists of a St, 1 •• e! from alternately planar stacked corrugated sheets and cover sheets is formed, its from the corrugated sheet Formed flow channels for the decrease in a cross-section averaged Pressure differential through a duct lying perpendicular to the direction of flow are connected to the associated discharge nozzle.
For the diagnosis of internal functions, respiratory flow receptors based on meat are mainly used. In the area of the measuring line, these receptors consist of a large number of capillary tubes, with which a great uniformity, that is to say an eddy-free flow and thus a relatively high measuring accuracy, is achieved. The meat receptors, however, have a significant disadvantage resulting from the type of pressure decrease that is special for these receptors. In the case of Fleisch receptors, the differential pressure signal can namely only be picked up in two ring channels at the outermost edge zone of the Kipillarröhrchcn-Bundcls. Since with inspiration and with inspiration there is a different speed distribution of the respiratory flow across the cross-section of the bundle and the difference between the two speeds at the edge zone of the bundle is particularly large, differently large pressure differences arise during inspiration and inspiration. In the meantime, attempts have already been made to further improve Fleisch nozzles; The search for improvement was essentially directed towards the cross-sectional mean pressure decrease, where the pressure was no longer at two ring channels at the outermost edge of the bundle of capillary tubes, as was the case with the original Fleisch nozzle. It is measured over the entire flow cross-section of the pipe, so that there is a mean difference / pressure which is approximately the same for expiration and inspiration. Thus, although for example, US Patent JO 71 IBO describes a nozzle according Fleisch'scher Art. In the already been Kapillaröffnunsen are connected inside the tube additionally pneumatically to the rim tube away mil ^ n Druckableitstuizen In this solution, however, no real querschniugemittelter differentiation results / pressure . since the selected tapping concept only allows a few, but not all, of the capillary tubes to be tapped in cross-section. On the other hand, however, the flow meter according to US Pat. No. ii 44 bl9, which is a further modification of the Fleisch nozzle, already permits a cross-sectional pressure decrease, but at the expense of the laminar flow of the flow, since the flow resistance in the flow meter according to US Pat. No. S3 49bH is divided into a total of three lin / elw idersiände. which are separated from each other by free air spaces, the air spaces preventing the formation of a continuous laminar flow profile from the outset. This means that there is no proportionality between the volume flow rate actually sought for the respiratory flow and the respectively actually measured (mutating) dilution / pressure value. Completely uncontrollable measured pressure values are therefore obtained. which do not allow a conclusion about the size of the respective Volinnenstiomcs.
It is the object of the present invention. a flow meter indicate the decrease in a cross-sectional mean diflerential di lu'ke with undisturbed laminar flow profile allowed.
The task is based on a flow meter of the type mentioned according to the invention that between the corrugated sheets there are fins made of two cover sheets, of which one cover sheet of each finset is provided with two grooves introduced as a channel axially parallel / u the discharge nozzle, while the Another cover plate is used to cover the grooves, and that along ilen grooves of each cover plate holes are provided at intervals corresponding to the shaft length of the corrugated sheet, which pneumatically connect the flow channels formed by the corrugated sheet via the grooves with a collecting channel running over the Nutenstirnöliuingen and the respective discharge seat.
Außerdem ist es möglich, Bleche gegen Einsätze oder umgekehrt auszutauschen und damit aufThe flow meter according to the F.rfindiing allows the Decrease in a cross-section-averaged differential pressure with undisturbed laminar flow profile. This results in a mean differential pressure, which is at Expiration and inspiration are essentially always the same size and also in good proportionality to the actually to be measured volume flow value of the respiratory flow is. It is useful in the flow pipe preferably the stack of alternately stacked wave-like shaped sheets and inserts to be arranged releasably. A detachable arrangement allows the individual sheets and inserts to be removed at any time for example, for the purpose of cleaning, to remove it from the flow tube and then again to use. It is also possible to exchange sheet metal for inserts or vice versa and thus on
