Claims (8)
- a) der Sitz (3) auf einem auf dem Boden aufsetzenden Untergestell (4, 10) ruht;
- b) die erste Gasfeder (6) einerseits in einer Drehachse (D3) am Frontbereich (30) des Sitzes (3) und andererseits in einer Drehachse (D4) am Unterge stell (4, 10) angelenkt ist;
- c) die erste Gasfeder (6) ein abgedichtetes Gehäuse (60) umgibt, das eine Gaskammer (61) einschliesst;
- d) innerhalb der Gaskammer (61) ein Kolben (62) mit der davon abgehenden Kolbenstange (63) begrenzt axial verschiebbar angeordnet ist; und
- e) die Kolbenstange (63) sich vom Kolben (62) weg in Austriebsrichtung er streckt, während die diametrale Axialrichtung als Einschubrichtung definiert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
- f) vor dem Kolben (62), in Austriebsrichtung, ein Federelement (68) angeord net ist;
- g) der Kolben (62) in der Ausgangsposition, mit im Prinzip waagerechtem Sitz (3) und senkrechter Rückenlehne (2), am Federelement (68) in einer Null stellung (z0) ansteht und bei Gewichtskonzentration auf den Frontbereich (30) des Sitzes (3), wie beim Vorbeugen eines Benutzers hervorgerufen, sich der Abstand zwischen den beiden die erste Gasfeder (6) einschliessen den Drehachsen (D3, D4) vergrössert; wodurch
- h) der Kolben (62) gegen das Federelement (68) wirkt und sich über die Nullstellung (z0) hinaus, entgegengesetzt der Einschubrichtung, nämlich weiter in Austriebsrichtung, über einen Weg (s2), bis in eine vorgezogene Endlage (22) bewegen kann und sich dabei der Frontbereich (30) des Sitzes (3) gegen die Wirkung des Federelements (68) aus der Nullstellung (x0) in eine zum Boden geneigte Negativstellung (x2) absenkt; wobei
- i) der Bewegung des Sitzes (3) eine synchrone Verstellung der Rückenlehne (2) mit Vorwärtsneigung folgt und der Stuhl sich dadurch in die Schreibposi tion verstellt.

- f) in front of the piston ( 62 ), in the expulsion direction, a spring element ( 68 ) is net angeord;
- g) the piston ( 62 ) in the starting position, in principle with a horizontal seat ( 3 ) and vertical backrest ( 2 ), rests on the spring element ( 68 ) in a zero position (z 0 ) and with weight concentration on the front area ( 30 ) of the Seat ( 3 ), as caused by a user bending forward, the distance between the two gas springs ( 6 ) including the axes of rotation (D3, D4) increases; whereby

- c) der Bewegung des Sitzes (3) eine synchrone Verstellung der Rückenlehne (2) mit Neigung nach hinten folgt und der Stuhl sich dadurch in die Relaxpo sition verstellt.
