Abstract

The clamping connection for a pump shaft cantilever-mounted on a motor shaft has a cup-shaped pump shaft section (5.1) with a housing bore, and the portion of the cup-shaped shaft section embraced by the housing bore has a guide section and a clamping section. The clamping section is positioned on the end face of the cup-shaped shaft section and has at least two radially orientated longitudinal slots continuously splitting in the radial direction the circumferential wall of the clamping section between the housing bore and outer boundary.

Claims (8)

1. Klemmverbindung für eine fliegend auf einer Motorwelle gelagerte Pumpen­ welle, wobei die Pumpenwelle (5) an ihrem einem Laufrad (6) abgewandten stirnseitigen Ende die Motorwelle (4) innerhalb einer Aufnahmebohrung (5.1.1) eines topfförmigen Wellenteils (5.1), das durch axiale Längsschlitzung in radialer Richtung elastisch deformierbar ausgestaltet ist, kraftschlüssig durch Klemmung umfasst und ein Pumpengehäuse (1.1) über einen Pumpen­ träger (3) mit einem von der Motorwelle (4) durchdrungenen Lagerschild (2a) eines Antriebsmotors (2) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
  • - dass der von der Aufnahmebohrung (5.1.1) umfasste Bereich des topfför­ migen Wellenteils (5.1) ein Führungsteil (5.2) und ein Klemmteil (5.3) auf­ weist,
  • - dass der Klemmteil (5.3) endseitig am topfförmigen Wellenteil (5.1) positi­ oniert ist und wenigstens zwei radial orientierte, die Umfangswandung des Klemmteils (5.3) zwischen Aufnahmebohrung (5.1.1) und äußerer Begren­ zung in axialer Richtung durchgehend trennende Längsschlitze (5.1.2, 5.1.3, 5.1.4) aufweist,
  • - dass die Aufnahmebohrung (5.1.1) im Bereich des Führungsteils (5.2) von den Längsschlitzen (5.1.2, 5.1.3, 5.1.4) nicht erfasst ist und
  • - dass sämtliche zur Klemmung notwendigen Formeingriffe (5.1.12 bis 5.1.20) und Verbindungsmittel (7), bezogen auf die Rotationsachse (A) der Pumpenwelle (5), insgesamt unwuchtfrei im Klemmteil (5.3) angeordnet sind.
