Abstract

The valve is for the cut-off and controlled feed of low to highly viscous media and particularly for incorporation in spraying apparatus for mortar application. The axial valve has a tubular housing (1), to the front end of which is screwed a mouthpiece (2), in which is screwed a spray tube. Inside the housing is a piston rod formed as a tube (4), which is longitudinally displaceable. To the rear end of the tube a material hose is connectable. The front end of the tube has a tubular sealing piece, the peripheral edge of which is formed as a cutter blade. On the housing of the valve is a hand grip (11) and also a pivotable hand lever (12), connected by a pivotable rod (13) with the rear end of the piston rod tube.

Claims (10)

1. Ventil
mit einem rohrförmigen Gehäuse (1),
mit einer in dem Gehäuse (1) axial verschiebbaren Kolbenstange sowie
mit einem fest in dem Gehäuse (1) angeordneten Dichtelement (7), gegen welches das vordere Ende der Kolbenstange in der Dichtstellung des Ventils dichtend anliegt und von welchem das vordere Ende der Kolbenstange in der Öffnungsstellung des Ventils ab­ hebbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kolbenstange als Kolbenstangenrohr (4) ausgebildet ist, wobei das rückseitige Ende des Kolbenstangenrohres (4) an einen Materialzuführungsschlauch anschließbar ist und
daß das Dichtelement (7) eine geschlossene Fläche (8) aufweist, gegen welche der vordere Umfangsrand (6) des Kolbenstangenrohres (4) in der Dichtstellung des Ventils dichtend anliegt.
