Abstract

An extension drive for a socket spanner has a control shaft (40) sliding axially against a spring inside a blind bore in the end of the drive. Two cross bores locate a control element (50) and a ball element (60) which grips and releases the sockets. The control shaft has sloping grooves with the control element pushed inwards to drive the control shaft via a sloping groove, which either releases or secures the ball element. To ease the fitting and release of the sockets a twist ring (20) with an inner groove operates on the control element. A magnet (80) at the end of the drive holds the sockets during fitting and removal.

Claims (2)

1. Steckschlüssel-Verlängerung, aufweisend:
einen Verlängerungsstab (30), dessen eines Ende eine in einer runden Aufnah­ mekammer (31) gebildete Innenwand aufweist, die einem Umfang hat, der mit einem ersten Querloch (32) und mit einem zweiten Querloch (33) gebildet ist, wel­ che beide mit der Aufnahmekammer (31) in Verbindung stehen,
einen Triebstab (40), der verschiebbar in der Aufnahmekammer (31) des Ver­ längerungsstabes (30) montiert ist und der ein erstes Ende aufweist, das mit einem ersten abgeschrägten Haltehohlraum (41) gebildet ist, der mit dem ersten Quer­ loch (32) in Verbindung steht, und der ein zweites Ende aufweist, das mit einem abgeschrägten zweiten Haltehohlraum (42) gebildet ist, der mit dem zweiten Quer­ loch (33) in Verbindung steht,
eine Stahlkugel (60), die in dem ersten Haltehohlraum (41) des Triebstabes (40) montiert ist und teilweise aus dem ersten Querloch (32) des Verlängerungssta­ bes (30) heraussteht,
einen in dem zweiten Haltehohlraum (42) des Triebstabes (40) montierten Betätigungsknopf (50), der teilweise aus dem zweiten Querloch (33) des Verlänge­ rungsstabes (30) hervorsteht,
ein in der Aufnahmekammer (31) des Verlängerungsstabes (30) montiertes ela­ stisches Element (70), mit einem ersten Ende, das gegen das zweite Ende des Triebstabes (40) gedrückt wird, und mit einem zweiten Ende, das gegen die Wand der Aufnahmekammer (31) des Verlängerungsstabes (30) gedrückt wird, und ein Magnetelement, (80) das an dem ersten Ende des Triebstabes (40) gesi­ chert ist.1. socket wrench extension, comprising:
