Abstract

A mixing and shredding trough (100) for agricultural organic residues has two parallel sidewalls (11.1; 11.2), converging downwards into a central base channel (2). The trough has rotating helical cutter blades at each side (4.1; 4.2). The trough has a rotating hacker blade (3) shaft (5) with an outer diameter 50-120 cm. One or both of the sidewalls is fitted with a supplementary cutting element (10). The horizontal supplementary cutting element (10) is positioned above the hacker blade shaft (5) axis of rotation (A). The notional outer cylinder defined by the hacker blade extremity of rotation defines the position of the supplementary cutting element, from which it is separated by a gap of 0.8-1.6 cm. Claims (21)

1. Vorrichtung (100) zum Zerkleinern und Dosieren von or­ ganischen Feststoffen, wie Kompost oder Naturdünger, insbesondere für Biogas-Anlagen, bestehend:
  • - aus einem trogförmigen, nach oben wenigstens teilweise offenen Mischbehälter (1) mit zwei Sei­ tenwänden (11.1, 11.2), einer Stirnwand (11.3) und einer Rückwand (11.4), welcher in seinem Querschnitt (Q) einen sich nach unten verjüngen­ den Bodenbereich (2) zur Aufnahme wenigstens ei­ ner sich über die Gesamtlänge (L) des Mischbehäl­ ters erstreckenden Rührflügelwelle (5) aufweist,
  • - aus wenigstens einer sich innerhalb des Mischbe­ hälters (1) befindenden Rückförderschnecke (4.1, 4.2), die in Draufsicht auf den Bodenbereich (2) längsparallel zur Rührflügelwelle (5) verlaufend zwischen der Rührflügelwelle (5) und der Seiten­ wand (11.1, 11.2) angeordnet ist, mit der sich wenigstens ein Kreislauf (K) des in den Mischbe­ hälter eingeschütteten Materials bilden lässt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
  • - die Rührflügelwelle (5) einen Außendurchmesser (D) zwischen. 80 cm und 120 cm hat,
  • - und dass an wenigstens einer Seitenwand (11.1, 11.2) des Mischbehälters (1) wenigstens ein zu­ sätzliches Schneidelement (10; 20) befestigt ist.
