Claims (6)

1. Ein lichtemittierende Kugelschreiber, bestehend aus einem unteren Röhrchen (1) und einem oberen Röhrchen (2); das untere Röhrchen (1) innen eine Feder (12) und eine Mine (13) aufweist und das obere Röhrchen (2) mit einem lichtemittierenden Element (5) und ein Halterungsteil (4) aufweist; das obere Ende der Mine (13) mit einem lichtemittierenden Element bestückt ist; und das Halterungsteil (4) über dem lichtemittierenden Element (5) montiert ist; dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:
das lichtemittierende Element (5) aus einer Lichtbündelmuffe (51) und aus einem Röhrchen (52) für die Batterie besteht; ein vorderes Ende der Lichtbündelmuffe (51) mit einem Lichtbündelungselement (53) oder einem Lichtstreuelement installiert; ein Metallknopf (54), mehrere serienverbundene Batterien (55), eine Feder (45), ein leitfähiger Metallsitz (57) und ein lichtemittierender Körper (58) sind der Reihe nach im Röhrchen (52) für die Batterie montiert; an einer Seitenwand des Röhrchens (52) für die Batterie ein leitfähiger Metalldraht (59) befestigt ist, wobei ein unteres Ende dieses Metalldrahtes (59) an den leitfähigen Metallsitz (57) angeschlossen und das obere Ende (592) aus dem Röhrchen (52) für die Batterie hervorsteht; das Halterungselement (4) mit einem Schubröhrchen (43) montiert ist; das untere Ende des Schubröhrchens (43) eine Metallkappe (44) aufweist; die Metallkappe (44) mit einem Zapfen (541) auf dem Metallknopf (54) in Berührung kommt;
wobei beim Drücken des Druckknopfs (46) oben auf dem Halterungsteil (4) die Metallkappe (44) mit dem Zapfen (541) des Metallknopfes (54) und mit dem oberen Ende (592) des leitfähigen Metalldrahtes (59) in Berührung kommt, so daß das lichtemittierende Element (58) aufleuchtet; kommt die Metallkappe (44) jedoch nicht mit dem oberen Ende (592) des leitfähigen Metalldrahtes (59) in Berührung, leuchtet das lichtemittierende Element (58) nicht auf. 1. A light-emitting ballpoint pen, consisting of a lower tube ( 1 ) and an upper tube ( 2 ); the lower tube ( 1 ) has a spring ( 12 ) and a lead ( 13 ) on the inside and the upper tube ( 2 ) has a light-emitting element ( 5 ) and a holding part ( 4 ); the upper end of the lead ( 13 ) is equipped with a light-emitting element; and the bracket member ( 4 ) is mounted over the light emitting element ( 5 ); characterized in that:
the light-emitting element ( 5 ) consists of a light bundle sleeve ( 51 ) and a tube ( 52 ) for the battery; a front end of the light bundle sleeve ( 51 ) installed with a light bundling member ( 53 ) or a light diffusing member; a metal button ( 54 ), several series-connected batteries ( 55 ), a spring ( 45 ), a conductive metal seat ( 57 ) and a light-emitting body ( 58 ) are mounted in order in the tube ( 52 ) for the battery; a conductive metal wire ( 59 ) is attached to a side wall of the tube ( 52 ) for the battery, a lower end of this metal wire ( 59 ) being connected to the conductive metal seat ( 57 ) and the upper end ( 592 ) from the tube ( 52 ) protrudes for the battery; the mounting element ( 4 ) is mounted with a push tube ( 43 ); the lower end of the push tube ( 43 ) has a metal cap ( 44 ); the metal cap ( 44 ) comes into contact with a pin ( 541 ) on the metal button ( 54 );
