  • Stand der Technik
  • Aufblasbare Zelte werden zumeist aus Mehrkammerfolien hergestellt, wobei die äußere und innere Folie metallisiert sein können. Die miteinander verbundenen Luftkammern sind 10 bis 100 cm groß. Damit die Luftzirkulation in den Kammern deutlich geringer wird, müssten die Kammern kleiner als 1 cm sein oder in mehreren Lagen angeordnet sein, ähnlich einer Mehrscheibenverglasung beim Fenster. Bisher sind keine aufblasbaren Waabenstrukturen herstellbar und eine mehrschalige aufblasbare Konstruktion zu teuer. Mehrwandige metallisierte Strukturen sind nicht möglich, da die Folien dann nicht verschweisbar sind. Eine mehrwandige aufblasbare Konstruktion wird in den oben genannten Patenten beschrieben. Lediglich die Firma Thermotents ( WO 2016/024258 ) gelingt es einen guten Wärmedurchgangskoeffizienten für die Zeltkonstruktion zu erzielen, indem sie in einem konventionell aufgebautem Zelt (Zeltplane + Gestänge) ein inneres Zelt aus Dämmmaterial aufhängt.
  • Seit einigen Jahren gibt es das dropstitch-Verfahren. Es ermöglich den Bau aufblasbarer ebender Strukturen mit glatten Oberflächen, die aus nur einer Kammer bestehen. Auch hier ist der Wärmedurchgang auf ca. 1,5 W/m2K begrenzt, da zwischen den Deckfolien eine Luftzirkulation stattfindet.
  • Aus dem Baubereich ist eine leichte hochisolierende, reflektierende und dünne Isolierung bekannt, die aus mehreren metallisierten Schaumfolien (10 bis 18) besteht, die beim Transport auf 1cm zusammengepresst werden kann und im Arbeitszustand auf ca. 2 cm aufquillt. Eine 2 cm dicke Multifoil-Matte besitzt den Dämmwert von 14 cm PU-Schaum. Bisher gibt es noch kein Patent für eine aufblasbare zweiwandige Konstruktion mit integrierter Multifoil-Isolierung.
  • Beschreibung
  • Kombiniert man dropstitch-Material, bestehend aus 2 Deckfolien (1), die mit tausenden Fäden (2) auf Abstand gehalten werden, mit Multifoil-Isolierung (3), entsteht ein 5 bis 10mm dicke aufblasbare Matte mit einem Dämmwert zwischen 0,25 und 0,5 W/m2K. Auf Grund der Art und Weise der Herstellung des dropstitch-Material besteht die Möglichkeit zwischen den Deckfolien des dropstitch-Materials eine Multifoil-Isolierung einzunähen. Das gedämmte dropstitch-Material kann nun konventionell zu aufblasbaren Strukturen weiter verarbeitet werden. Beim Nähvorgang wird die Multifoil-Isolierung perforiert. Die Perforation führt zu Verdickungen im Bereich des Loches, die wiederum zu Vereinzelung der Folien des Multifoil-Materials führen. Dadurch entstehen Luftschichten zwischen den Folien.

  1. Wärmedämmendes dropstitch-Material, dadurch gekennzeichnet, 1. Dass eine Multifoil-Isolierung bei der Herstellung des dropstitch-Materials zwischen den Deckfolien eingenäht wird und durch die Perforation der Multifoil-Isolierung Verdickungen/Abstandhalter zwischen den metallisierten Schaumfolien entstehen.
