B.: Hallsensor mit nötigen Modifikationen am Turbinenrad (1)) verknüpft ist und die Durchflussmenge per Funk übermittelt mit 3. Abschaltung im Fehlerfall, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch Vergleichen der Ablaufmengen an den kontrollierten Wasserentnahmestelle und der Zulaufmenge des oder der Wassereinfügestellen, durch die Haupteinheit (6), mit einem oder mehrerer elektromechanischer Ventile der Zufluss gestoppt wird und/oder 4. Statistischen Auswertungsmöglichkeiten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haupteinheit (6) die Informationen der einzelnen kontrollierten Wasserentnahmestelle, durch Messung der jeweiligen Entnahmen und Übermittlung mit Kabel oder Funkmodul, übermittelt bekommt und diese Daten zur weiteren Verwendung mit weiteren Daten wie z.
