Abstract
Spannungsunabhängiger, konstanter Entladestrom.
Description
- Das Gerät dient zur Überprüfung der vom Hersteller angegeben akkuspezifischen Kapazität (Q = l·t), also z. B. 10 Ah, 15 Ah für E-Bike und Pedelec Akku's.
- Dazu wird der Akku mit einem konstanten Entladestrom belastet und die Zeit (10 Std, 1 Std, 1/10Std und 1/100 Std) bis zum Abschalten gemessen.
- Der Entladevorgang wird angehalten sobald die Akkuspannung innerhalb einer definierten Zeit um einen definierten Spannungswert sinkt.
- Zusätzlich, abhängig vom Akku Typ, wird bei einer definierten Spannung der Entladevorgang angehalten.
- Wahlweise wir die gemessene Akkukapazität oder die Akkuspannung angezeigt.
Claims (7)
- Spannungsunabhängiger, konstanter Entladestrom.
- Akku-unabhängiges Anhalten des Entladevorganges wenn die Akkuspannung innerhalb einer definierten Zeit um einen definierten Spannungswert sinkt.
- Akku-abhängiges Abschalten des Entladevorganges bei einer definierten Akkuspannung.
- Anzeige der Akku-Kapazität in Ah oder der Akku-Spannung in Volt.
- Sicherung gegen Kurzschluss.
- Sicherung gegen Verpolung.
- Schutz gegen Übertemperatur.
