Description

  • Das Gerät dient zur Überprüfung der vom Hersteller angegeben akkuspezifischen Kapazität (Q = l·t), also z. B. 10 Ah, 15 Ah für E-Bike und Pedelec Akku's.
  • Dazu wird der Akku mit einem konstanten Entladestrom belastet und die Zeit (10 Std, 1 Std, 1/10Std und 1/100 Std) bis zum Abschalten gemessen.
  • Der Entladevorgang wird angehalten sobald die Akkuspannung innerhalb einer definierten Zeit um einen definierten Spannungswert sinkt.
  • Zusätzlich, abhängig vom Akku Typ, wird bei einer definierten Spannung der Entladevorgang angehalten.
  • Wahlweise wir die gemessene Akkukapazität oder die Akkuspannung angezeigt.

Claims (7)

  1. Spannungsunabhängiger, konstanter Entladestrom.
  2. Akku-unabhängiges Anhalten des Entladevorganges wenn die Akkuspannung innerhalb einer definierten Zeit um einen definierten Spannungswert sinkt.
  3. Akku-abhängiges Abschalten des Entladevorganges bei einer definierten Akkuspannung.
  4. Anzeige der Akku-Kapazität in Ah oder der Akku-Spannung in Volt.
  5. Sicherung gegen Kurzschluss.
  6. Sicherung gegen Verpolung.
  7. Schutz gegen Übertemperatur.
