Es handelt sich um eine Vorrichtung zur Fixierung des Tee auf der Übungsmatte, welcher den Golfballs trägt, mit nachfolgenden Merkmalen a. aus umweltfreundlichem Kautschuk aus einem Stück gegossenes 6 mm durchmessendes und 136 mm langes rundes Gummi, (1) b. welches am jeweiligen Ende eine 2,5 cm durchmessende horizontale runde Scheibe (2) c. mit einer mittigen 2 mm durchmessenden Öffnung, (3) d. durch die jeweils ein Tee gesteckt wird, (4) e. wobei auf einem Tee, der in der oberen Öffnung der Matte in der üblichen Öffnung fixiert ist, der Golfball platziert (6) f. und der 2. In obiger Angelegenheit beziehen sich die Schutzansprüche auf nachfolgende Faktoren:

Die Erfindung ist eine Sicherungsvorrichtung für das Tee (Träger des Spielballs) beim Golfspiel auf einer Driving range; die Übungsmatte hat oben eine runde Öffnung für den Tee, welcher in die Matte gesteckt wird und mit rundem Plateau zur Aufnahme des Balls versehen ist; an der Seite der Matte ist ebenfalls eine Öffnung zur Aufnahme eines zweiten Tee als Anker, welcher mit dem oberen Tee durch die Neverlostgolf-Sicherungsvorrichtung verbunden wird.
  • 2. Bei den herkömmlichen Matten kommt es nicht selten beim Schlag gegen den Ball auch zum Schlag gegen das Gummi Tee, was den Schlag ausbremst und zu Fehlschlägen führt. Der Gummi Tee ist mit einer Kreisrunden Scheibe versehen, die unten durch die Mate gesteckt wird und diese Bremswirkung hervorruft.
  • 3. Ferner hat die herkömmliche Matte einen Schlitz zur Nutzung des Holz Tee, welcher beim Schlag nicht selten wegfliegt oder zerstört wird. In der Folge stellt sich ein verbotenes aber nicht selten realisiertes Aufheben des Tee in der Schusslinie der Nachbarbahn ein. Es kommt nicht selten zu Verletzungen.
  • 4. Diese Probleme können möglicherweise auch Konsequenzen auf die Konzentration und die Schlagkraft des nächsten Schlages haben, in welchem man sich mehr darauf konzentriert nicht den Tee zu treffen als den Ball richtigrichtig zu treffen.

  • 7. Die vorliegenden Erfindung möchte die Nachteile der einfachen Tee Verwendung überwinden, Konzentrationseinschränkung und Fehlbeübung beim Spielen, indem nicht nur ein Tee sondern 2 Tee, die mit einer formbeständigen Kautschukvorrichtung verbunden und dadurch befestigt sind, verwendet werden.
  • 8. Es handelt sich um eine Vorrichtung aus umweltfreundlichem Kautschuk, die durch a. ein aus einem Stück gegossenes 6 mm durchmessendes und 136 mm langes rundes Gummi, b. welches am jeweiligen Ende eine 2,5 cm durchmessende horizontale runde Scheibe c. mit einer mittigen 2 mm durchmessenden Öffnung, d. durch die der Tee gesteckt und in die obere Öffnung der Matte eingebracht wird, e. auf welchem der Ball platziert f. und mit dem anderen Tee durch die andere kreisrunde Öffnung des NLG eingebracht und zur Fixierung in die seitliche Öffnung der Matte gesteckt wird gekennzeichnet ist, wobei ein Tee den Ball trägt und das andere Tee nur zur Befestigung und Sicherung der Tees dient.
  • 9. Derzeit sind keine Sicherungsvorrichtungen für Tees beim Golfspiel generell und erst recht nicht beim Spiel auf der Driving range bekannt. Die in der Vergangenheit angemeldeten Sicherungsvorrichten waren nur für das Rasenspiel gedacht und so kompliziert, dass sie nie produziert wurden; hier wurden die Tees mittels einer Kordel verbunden, welche sich ständig verheddert hätte und nicht flexibel und reißfest war.   • 10. Vorliegend besteht die Genialität der Sicherungsvorrichtung darin, dass sie aus einem Stück besteht und einfach zu bedienen ist. Die Sicherungsvorrichtung ist formbeständig und kann ohne besondere Handgriffe aus der Kleidungstasche direkt zur Aufnahme der Tees und dieser zur Platzierung des Balls verwendet werden.
  • 11. Der Nachteil der zuvor erfunden unter 10. genannten Gebrauchsmuster und Patente lag in der komplizierten und zeitintensiven Handhabung durch das Verheddern der Haltekordel und der komplizierten Teestücke. Dadurch ging Konzentration für das eigentliche Golfspiel verloren.
  • 12. Der Nachteil der zuvor erfundenen unter 09. genannten Gebrauchsmuster und Patent lag ferner darin, dass eine Zerstörung wie vorliegend nicht verhindert und ein Wegfliegen nur begrenzt vermieden wurde, da ein Seil zur Fixierung gewählt wurde, welches ein Wegschleudern des den Ball platzierenden Tees nicht verhindern konnte.
  • 13. Der Vorteil der jetzigen Vorrichtung ist dagegen die Formbeständigkeit und die damit einhergehend einfache Bedienung, die sich von dem gewohnten Handling des Einbringens des Tee in das Erdreich nur dadurch unterscheidet, das der Tee zuvor in die kreisrunde Scheibe des NLG eingefügt werden muss.
  • 14. Der Vorteil der jetzigen Vorrichtung besteht darin, dass der Golfspiepe wie gewohnt sein Spiel ohne jeglichen Konzentrationsverlust Fortsetzen und trotzdem seinen Tee vor Verlust und/oder Zerstörung und seinen Schlag vor der Arretierung durch den üblichen Gummi Tee sichern kann.
  • 15. Der Vorteil der jetzigen Vorrichtung besteht darin, dass der Golfspieler dadurch der Regel, die Driving range nicht zum Aufheben des Balles zu verlassen, optimal entspricht.
