Abstract

Plattenförmiges Element aus elastischem Material, vorwiegend Polycarbonatplatten, welche parallele waagrechte Nuten die von einer Seite eingelassen sind aufweist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein biegbares Flächenelement aus einstückigem flachem Material, das eine unterschiedliche Dicke aufweist, so dass die Biegesteifigkeit quer weitgehend erhalten bleibt, senkrecht jedoch im Rahmen der Materialelastizität und der reduzierten Dicke zur raumsparenden Biegung genutzt wird.
  • Eine bevorzugte Ausführung ist die parallele Nutung des plattenförmigen Materials indem mehrere parallele Nuten von einer Seite eingelassen, z. B. eingefräst sind, so dass eine solche Platte in waagrechter Richtung relativ leicht biegbar ist Der Einsatz eines solchen Flächenelements ist vorwiegend als durchsichtige Scheibe für Schutzeinrichtungen vorgesehen die in Form eines Rollladen geöffnet werden kann.
  • 1 der Neuerung zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel im Querschnitt.
  • Dabei sind die eingelassenen Nuten (1) möglichst schmal gewählt, um den Sichtbereich durch das Flächenelement nur minimal einzuschränken. Andererseits soll die Nutbreite (2) und Nuttiefe (3) dem Biegeradius so angepasst sein, dass eine Pressung der Kanten (4) vermieden wird. Relevant für den Biegeradius sind neben der Dicke (5) des Flächenelements auch die Breite (6) der Stege (7) und des Spiels zwischen Dicke Flächenelement und evtl. seitlicher U-Führungen (8).

Claims (3)

  1. Plattenförmiges Element aus elastischem Material, vorwiegend Polycarbonatplatten, welche parallele waagrechte Nuten die von einer Seite eingelassen sind aufweist.
  2. Element nach Anspruch 1, das vorzugsweise aus durchsichtigem möglichst bruchunempfindlichem Kunststoffmaterial besteht.
  3. Element nach Anspruch 1, das in einer Richtung beweglich in seitlichen U-Schienen geführt ist um für Schutzzwecke eine Öffnung verschließbar zu gestalten.
