Abstract

The elastic insert (1) is divided into a front (5), a central (6), and a rear area (7) which can be made in different levels of rigidity. The upper surface (2) is anatomically shaped (4) in order to support the foot of the user. A separate elastic element (8) is attached with a suitable glue or with patches of Velcro(RTM) to the center (6) of the lower surface (2) of the insert (1). The element (8) is of a trapezoidal shape and has a convex lower surface (8), facilitating a natural way of walking.
