Abstract

The arrangement consists of a supporting structure (1) with an applied glazing system (3) with part directly placed on the supporting structure and part freely spanning within the supporting structure. The glazing system directly resting on the supporting structure has a low structural height (4) and the glazing system within the supporting structure has a correspondingly greater height (5). The parts are connected by a node part resting on a profile (2) of the supporting structure.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft die Befestigung oder Lagerung von Glasscheiben oder Fassadenplatten an einer Unterkonstruktion einer Fassade oder eines Daches. Häufig werden Glasscheiben oder Fassadenplatten entlang der Kanten linienförmig auf Tragprofilen mit Dichtungen aufgelegt. Die Tragprofile werden meist in den Kreuzungspunkten gestoßen und dort miteinander verschraubt oder verschweißt. Um dies zu ermöglichen sind die Profile an den Stoßstellen mit mehr oder weniger komplizierten Anbindungspunkten ausgeführt. Aufwendig wird dies vor allem dann wenn die Profile nicht rechtwinklig aneinander anschließen, sondern in unterschiedlichen Winkeln aufeinander treffen. Weiter führt auch die Kombination von Stahl- und Aluminiumprofilen zu aufwändigen Befestigungspunkten. Sollen dann die Aluprofile auch noch die gleiche Bauhöhe aufweisen wie die Stahlprofile sind komplizierte Schweiß- und Anschlussteile notwendig. Der beispielhafte Aufbau einer solchen Konstruktion wird im folgenden erläutert:
Die primäre Tragkonstruktion (1) besteht aus einem Netz von Stahlprofilen (2). Die Grundstrukturen dieser Netze können aus dreieckigen oder viereckigen Grundformen bestehen. Über diese primäre Tragstruktur (1) wird eine zweite Tragstruktur (3), im folgenden auch als Verglasungssystem genannt, gelegt. Diese zweite Tragstruktur (3) unterteilt die sichtbare primäre Tragstruktur in weitere kleinere Tragstrukturen, wobei sich die zweite Tragstruktur (3) statisch an der primären Tragstruktur (1) abstützt und nur als Auflager und Befestigung für die Verkleidungsteile oder Verglasung dient. Die zweite Tragstruktur (3) kann ebenfalls aus Stahlprofilen bestehen, sie kann aber auch aus Aluminiumprofilen ausgeführt sein. Die zweite Tragstruktur (3) ist so in die erste Tragstruktur (1) integriert, damit es so aussieht als sei sie Bestandteil der ersten Tragkonstruktion (1), bzw. dass es nur eine gesamte kleinmaschige Tragstruktur gibt. Aus wirtschaftlichen Gründen wird jedoch die zweite Tragstruktur (3) am sinnvollsten aus Aluminiumprofilen gefertigt.

Im Bereich zwischen der ersten Tragstruktur (1), in denen keine Profile verlaufen, werden die Profile (5) mit einer größeren Bauhöhe eingebaut. Aus optischen Gründen wird die Bauhöhe dieser Profile (5) so gewählt dass die Unterkante dieser Profile (5) mit der Unterkante der primären Stahlkonstruktion (1) auf einer Ebene liegen. Um nun die Profile (4) mit der niederen und die Profile (5) mit der höheren Bauhöhe zu verbinden wird ein spezielles Knotenteil (6) verwendet. Dieses Knotenteil (6) ist so ausgebildet dass es im mittleren Bereich auf dem Stahlprofil (2) der primären Tragkonstruktion (1) aufliegt. In Profillängsrichtung ist der Knoten (6) so gestaltet dass er zwei Anschlusspunkte (7) besitzt um die Profile (4) mit geringer Bauhöhe anzuschließen. Seitlich steht das Knotenteil (6) über die Profilbreite der ersten Tragkonstruktion (2) um ein Stück heraus und ist dort nach unten verlängert. An diesen Bereichen sind nun Anschlussmöglichkeiten (8) für die Profile (5) mit der größeren Bauhöhe vorgesehen. Das Knotenteil (6) ist so ausgeführt dass die Kontur des höheren Profiles (5) direkt bis an die Profilwandung der ersten Tragstruktur (1) geführt wird und somit der Eindruck entsteht, dass beide Profile (5 und 2) miteinander nahtlos verbunden sind. Das Knotenteil (6) ist sinnvoller weise als Gussteil ausgeführt, es könnte jedoch auch gefräst oder aus Einzelteilen zusammen geschweißt sein. Die Profile (4 und 5) sind so ausgeführt dass sie auf die Anschlusspunkte (7 und 8) des Knotenteiles (6) gesteckt werden können, und dort, wenn notwendig, mittels Schrauben befestigt werden.
