Instrument, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus einer Knochenauflage
und einer Sägeblattführung besteht,
in deren Verlängerung
ein Handgriff angebracht ist.
Description
- Die basisnahe Osteotomie (Knochendurchtrennung) ist eine chirurgische Operationstechnik zur Behandlung von Vorfußdeformitäten, meist Hallux valgus. Bei der aufklappenden Osteotomie wird der Knochen inkomplett quer zur Achse durchtrennt und unter Erhalt der fibularen Cortikalis aufgespreizt, um dadurch eine Achskorrektur vorzunehmen. Bei der zuklappenden Osteotomie wird ein Keil aus dem Knochen heraus genommen und die Osteotomie dann geschlossen. Bei der sog. Chevron-Osteotomie (körperferne Osteotomie des ersten Mittelfußknochens) erfolgt ebenfalls eine quere Osteotomie.
- Die Osteotomien am ersten Mittelfußknochen erfolgen bislang ohne Kontrolle der genauen Winkelstellung der Osteotomie zur Längsachse des Knochens. Dabei führt eine schräge Anlage der Osteotomie zu einer Veränderung der Beinlänge des Mittelfußknochens mit Auswirkungen auf die Belastung des Mittelfußes.
- Die Erfindung soll eine kontrollierte, winkelgenaue Durchführung der Osteotomie ermöglichen.
- Die Sägelehre besteht aus einer Sägeblattführung und einer in einem verstellbaren Winkel mit Anzeige angebrachten Knochenauflage. Der eingestellte Winkel lässt sich mittels einer von Hand bedienbaren Schraube arretieren. Die Anzeige erlaubt den beidseitigen Einsatz der Sägelehre. Das Gerät wird an einem Handgriff gehalten, der abgewinkelt in Verlängerung der Sägeblattführung angebracht ist. Nach Einstellung des gewünschten Winkels erfolgt Anlage der Sägelehre mit der Knochenauflage an den Knochen und Durchführung des Knochenschnittes.
Claims (3)
- Chirurgisches Instrument, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus einer Knochenauflage und einer Sägeblattführung besteht, in deren Verlängerung ein Handgriff angebracht ist.
- Chirurgisches Instrument nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Knochenauflage und die Sägeblattführung mittels eines Scharniers miteinander verbunden sind.
- Chirurgisches Instrument nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mit einer Winkelanzeigevorrichtung ausgestattet ist, die den Winkel zwischen der Knochenauflage und der Sägeblattführung anzeigt.
