Claims (9)

1. Bauchmuskeltrainingsgerät, umfassend:
eine Gerätebasis, welche mit einem ersten Gestell und einem zweiten Gestell versehen ist, wobei das erste Gestell und das zweite Gestell ein jeweiliges hinteres Ende aufweisen, welche zusammengekoppelt sind;
eine Fußplatte, welche auf einer Oberseite des zweiten Gestells der Geräteba­ sis zum Abstützen der Füße des Benutzers angebracht ist;
einen Sitz, welcher auf dem ersten Gestell der Gerätebasis für den Benutzer zum Sitzen unbeweglich angebracht ist;
eine Rückenstütze, wobei die Rückenstütze ein erstes Traggestell, welches mit dem ersten Gestell der Gerätebasis gelenkig verbunden ist, ein unteres Rü­ ckenkissen, welches auf dem ersten Traggestell unbeweglich angebracht ist, ein zweites Traggestell, welches mit einem oberen Ende des ersten Tragge­ stells gelenkig verbunden ist, und ein oberes Rückenkissen, welches auf dem zweiten Traggestell unbeweglich angebracht ist, umfaßt;
zwei Griffstangen, welche sich vom zweiten Traggestell der Rückenstütze zum Halten der Hände des Benutzers symmetrisch vorstrecken;
