Abstract

An assembly for the biological processing of waste materials, containing biological matter, has systems for ventilation and heating and water supplies. It also has drainage and exhaust for sludge, water and gas. The assembly is in a box construction (1) with a number of sections (2,2a,2b) in succession in a row, as reinforced concrete modules. The rear section has a back wall (4), and an entry which can be closed (5) is at the leading section. The joints (3) between the sections are filled with a sealant. The upper parts of each section are bonded to the lower parts along their horizontal joints (10). The cell (25) for the systems is under the center section.

Claims (15)

1. Einrichtung zur biologischen Behandlung von organische Bestandteile enthaltendem Abfall, bestehend aus einem mit Mitteln zur Belüftung, Beheizung und Bewässerung des zu behandelnden Gutes sowie zur Ableitung von Schlamm, Wasser und Gas versehenen kastenartigen Bauwerk, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale
  • - das Bauwerk (1) besteht aus einer Anzahl von hintereinander angeordneten, rahmenartig geschlossenen, als Stahlbetonfertigbauteile ausgebildeten Abschnitten (2, 2a, 2b),
  • - der rückwärtige Endabschnitt (2a) weist eine Rückwand (4) auf,
  • - der vordere Endabschnitt (2b) weist ein torartiges Verschlusselement (5) auf,
  • - die Abschnitte (2, 2a, 2b) sind in den quer zur Längsachse des Bauwerks (1) verlaufenden Vertikalfugen (3) unter Zwischenlage von Dichtungselementen mittels die Fugen (3) durchsetzender Verbindungsmittel miteinander verbunden.

  • - The structure ( 1 ) consists of a number of sections ( 2 , 2 a, 2 b) arranged one behind the other, frame-like closed, designed as prefabricated reinforced concrete components,
  • - The rear end section ( 2 a) has a rear wall ( 4 ),
  • - The front end section ( 2 b) has a gate-like closure element ( 5 ),
  • - the sections (2, 2 a, 2 b) are connected with the interposition of sealing elements by means of the joints enforcing connecting means (3) to each other in the transverse to the longitudinal axis of the structure (1) vertical joints (3).

Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die rahmenartigen Abschnitte (2, 2a, 2b) jeweils aus einem unteren (2", 2a", 2b") und einem oberen (2', 2a', 2b') U-förmigen Teil ausgebildet sind, die mit den gegeneinander gerichteten Schenkelenden einander berührend unter Zwischenlage von Dichtungselementen mittels die horizontal verlaufenden Fugen (10) durchsetzender Verbindungsmittel miteinander verbunden sind.2.
