Claims (4)
- - einer ortsfesten Spindel, auf der ein zu prüfendes Zahnrad aufspannbar ist und die von einem Motor mit einem koaxialen Drehgeber gezielt antreibbar ist,
- - einem Schwingschlitten, auf dem sich eine feststehende oder eine pendelnd gelagerte Drehachse zur lose drehbaren Aufnahme des Gegenrades befindet und der in Richtung des Achsabstandes der beiden Zahnräder leicht beweglich geführt ist,
- - einer ersten Einrichtung, mit der ein vorgegebener Prüf-Achsabstand zwischen den beiden Zahnrädern einstellbar ist,
- - einer zweiten Einrichtung, die eine vorgebbare Prüfkraft für den ständig spielfreien Ein griff der beiden Zahnräder aufbringt,
- - einer dritten Einrichtung, welche die während der Drehung der beiden Zahnräder auftre tenden Schwankungen des Achsabstandes mißt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Grundgestell der feststehende Teil und an dem Schwingschlitten der bewegliche Teil eines Linearmotors angeordnet ist und daß eine zuge hörige CNC-Steuerung vorgesehen ist, die den Linearmotor für alle drei Einrichtungen ein setzbar macht.

- - A third device which measures the fluctuations in the center distance occurring during the rotation of the two gearwheels, characterized in that the fixed part is arranged on the base frame and the movable part of a linear motor is arranged on the oscillating slide and that an associated CNC control is provided is that makes the linear motor usable for all three devices.
