Claims (11)

1. Vorrichtung zum Umhüllen von Stückgut, insbesondere (i. a. quader- bzw. würfelför­ migen) Stückgutstapeln, mittels einer Stretchfolienhaube (2), welche im Umhüllungszustand die Stückgut-Oberseite sowie die Stückgut-Seitenflächen umhüllt, und die Stückgut-Unter­ seite teilweise (mit einem Unterstretch) untergreift, mit einer Hauben-Zuführeinrichtung; ggf./vorzugsweise einer der Hauben-Zuführeinrichtung vorgeordneten Haubenbildungsein­ richtung, mittels welcher aus einem (Stretch-)Folienschlauch, insb. einem Seitenfalten­ schlauch, welcher der Haubenbildungseinrichtung i. a. von einem Schlauchvorrat zuzuführen ist, jeweils mittels einer Schweiß- und Schneideinrichtung vor dem Umhüllen des Stückgutes eine Haube (2) zu bilden ist; einer der Hauben-Zuführeinrichtungen nachgeordneten Hauben- Aufnahme-, Aufspreiz-, Reffund Stretcheinrichtung, die (i. a. wenigstens vier) horizontal und vertikal verfahrbare (Reffund Stretch-)Bügel (1) aufweist, welche den an seinem freien End­ abschnitt vorgeöffneten Schlauchabschnitt (i. a. noch ungedehnt) aufspreizen, die mittels antreibbarer Reffrollen (13) in Falten gerefften Haubenseitenwände (4) der Haube (2) auf­ nehmen, die (i. a. vier) Haubenseitenwände (4) durch diagonales Auseinanderfahren aus der Aufspreiz- und Reffstellung quer zur Haubenlängsachse (6) (i. a. horizontal) querstretchen, und die auf ein Überziehmaß gestretchte Haube (2) über das zu umhüllende Stückgut ziehen, wobei die Bügel (1) an einem Hubrahmen (7) od. dgl. angeordnet sind, der beim Überziehen der Haube (2) über das zu umhüllende Stückgut mittels eines Hubrahmen-Antriebes aus einer angehobenen ersten Endstellung (Ausgangsstellung) in eine abgesenkte untere (Überzieh-)­ Endstellung abzusenken ist, in welcher die zuvor auf die Bügel (1) aufgereffte Haube (2), die beim Überziehen nach und nach unter (Gleit-)Reibung von den Bügeln (1) abgleitet, vollstän­ dig von den Bügeln (1) abgeglitten ist, wobei die Bügel (1) sich jeweils von einer Ecke der von ihnen aufgespannten Fläche aus über einen Abschnitt zu den beiden ihnen jeweils in Um­ fangsrichtung benachbarten Bügeln (1) hin erstrecken, und vorzugsweise in ihrem Eckbereich (vorzugsweise in der Draufsicht i. w. kreisbogenförmig) abgerundet sind, sowie vorzugsweise jeweils an ihrem oberen Randabschnitt (17) unter Bildung einer Hinterschneidung für die Folie bei deren Abgleiten dicker (d) ausgebildet sind als in ihrem darunter anschließenden, am Hubrahmen (7) od. dgl. abgestützten Stützabschnitt (16), und wobei die Bügel (1) jeweils mit (wenigstens) einer Rolle (14; 27) mit quer zur Haubenlängsrichtung (6) verlaufender Dreh­ achse (21; 21') versehen sind, an welche die Reffrolle (13) der betreffenden Reffeinheit (10) unter (gleitbarem) Einklemmen der Folie (vorzugsweise von außen her) heranzufahren ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die jeweils in einem Bügel (1) angeordnete Rolle (14; 27) im horizontalen Bewegungspfad der betreffenden Reffrolle (13) am oberen Randabschnitt (17) des Bügels (1) angeordnet ist. 1.Device for wrapping general cargo, in particular (generally cuboid or cube-shaped) general cargo stacks, by means of a stretch film hood ( 2 ) which, when wrapped, envelops the top and side surfaces of the general cargo and the bottom side of the cargo partially (with understretch), with a hood feed device; if necessary / preferably one of the hood feeding device upstream hood forming device, by means of which from a (stretch) film tube, in particular a gusseted tube, which is to be fed to the hood forming device generally from a tube supply, in each case by means of a welding and cutting device before wrapping the Piece goods a hood ( 2 ) is to be formed; one of the hood feeding devices downstream hood receiving, spreading, reefing and stretching device, which (generally at least four) horizontally and vertically movable (reefing and stretching) bracket ( 1 ), which has the pre-opened tube section at its free end (ia still Unstretched), which take up the hood side walls ( 4 ) of the hood ( 2 ) and which (ia four) hood side walls ( 4 ) move apart diagonally from the spreading and reefing position transversely to the longitudinal axis of the hood ( 6 ) by means of drivable reef rollers ( 13 ).
