Systemmatratze mit veränderbare Elastizität, enthaltend einen wannenartigen Grundkörper (20) mit einer Bodenplatte (22) und Seitenwänden (24a-24d), wenigstens ein in den Grundkörper (20) einsetzbares Austauschmodul (40; 40', 40") zur lokalen Veränderung der elastischen Eigenschaften der Matratze (10) und mindestens ein auf das Austauschmodul (40; 40', 40") auflegbares Deckelement (60), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wenigstens eine Austauschmodul (40; 40', 40") und das mindestens eine auf dem wenigstens einen Austauschelement (40; 40', 40") aufliegende Deckelement (60) zusammen eine solche Höhe aufweisen, dass die Oberkante des Deckelements (60) zumindest annährend mit der Oberkante der Seitenwände (24a-24d) des Grundkörpers (20) fluchtet.1.
