Claims (3)

1. Eine Wärmesohle, bestehend aus:
einer oberen Einlage (11) mit mehreren Lüftungslöchern (111), die so ausgeführt ist, daß sie in jeden Schuh paßt;
einer Heizschicht (12) mit einer oberen und unteren Beschichtung (121) sowie mit einem Heizdraht (122), der sich zwischen dieser oberen und unteren Beschichtung (121) befindet, so daß er vollständig zum Schutz gegen Feuchtigkeit und Nässe eingeschlossen ist; wobei dieser Heizdraht (122) mit einem Temperaturfühler (14) verbunden ist; die Heizschicht (12) mehrere Lüftungslöcher (111) der oberen Einlage (11) versehen ist; der Temperaturfühler (14) mit einem elektrischen Kabel (142), der an seinem äußeren Ende einen elektrischen Steckverbinder (143) aufweist, verbunden ist; und wobei dieser elektrische Steckverbinder (143) an das Batteriekästchen (100) angeschlossen werden kann, in dem sich eine Batterie (10) befindet;
einer unteren Einlage (13), die aus Schaumgummi hergestellt ist und entlang dem Rand ihres hinteren Teils einen Rand (130) aufweist; dieser Rand (130) ist mit einer Kerbe (134) zur Durchführung des elektrischen Kabels (142) versehen; diese untere Einlage (13) weist ebenfalls mehrere Lüftungslöcher (133) auf, deren Lage nach jener der Lüftungslöcher (111) der Heizschicht (12) und der oberen Einlage (11) ausgerichtet ist; wobei diese Wärmesohle die Füße des Benutzers mit einer konstanten Temperatur warmen.1. A warm sole consisting of:
