Claims (7)

1. Schutzschuh, Sicherheitsschuh bzw. -stiefel mit einer Zehenkappe (1) aus Kunststoff, insbesondere Arbeitsschutzschuh, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, daß die Innenseite und/oder die Außenseite der Zehenkappe (1) mit einem weicherem Kunststoff umspritzt ist.
2. Schutzschuh, Sicherheitsschuh bzw. -stiefel nach Anspruch 1, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zehenkappe (1) aus einem Polycarbo­ natblend, insbesondere einem PC/PBT-Blend besteht.
3. Schutzschuh, Sicherheitsschuh bzw. -stiefel nach Anspruch 2, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, daß der weiche Überzug (3; 4) aus TPU (thermoplastisches Polyurethan) oder TPE (thermoplastisches Elasto­ mer) besteht.
4. Schutzschuh, Sicherheitsschuh bzw. -stiefel nach Anspruch 1, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, daß der weiche innere (4) und äußere Überzug (3) die Oberkante (5) und/oder die Unterkante (7) des härteren Grund­ materials unter Ausbildung einer weichen Lippe (6; 8) überragt.

Schutzschuh, Sicherheitsschuh bzw. -stiefel nach Anspruch 1, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zehenkappe (1) im Zwei-Kompo­ nenten-Spritzguß derart hergestellt ist, daß in eine einzige Formaus­ nehmung zunächst das weiche Überzugsmaterial und dann das den tra­ genden Grundkörper (2) ausbildende härtere Material eingespritzt wird.
6. Schutzschuh, Sicherheitsschuh bzw. -stiefel, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberkante (5) der anatomischen Form des Leistenrists folgend nach oben gebogen ist.
7. Schutzschuh, Sicherheitsschuh bzw. -stiefel nach Anspruch 6, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenabschnitte der Zehenkappe (1) nach außen gewölbt bzw. ausgebaucht ausgebildet sind.
