Oberschenkellänge von Kindern besser entspricht. In weiterer vorteilhafter Ausgestaltung ist dabei vorgesehen, dass das vordere Kissenteil in der den Kindersitz bildenden Position über Verriegelungsmittel lösbar arretierbar ist. Fahrzeugsitz (1) mit einem unteren Sitzkissen (2) und einer - insbesondere in Richtung auf das Sitzkissen (2) umklappbaren - Rückenlehne (4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sitzkissen (2) querzueiner vertikalen Sitzlängsmittelebene gesehen in zwei Teile geteilt ist, und zwar in ein erstes, der Rückenlehne (4) naheliegendes, hinteres Kissenteil (12) und ein zweites, der Rückenlehne (4) fernliegendes, vorderes Kissenteil (14), wobei das vordere Kissenteil (14) derart bewegbar geführt ist, dass es aus seiner eigentlichen, gemeinsam mit dem hinteren Kissenteil (12) das Sitzkissen (2) bildenden Gebrauchsposition in mindestens eine Alternativposition überführbar ist. 1.
