Claims (12)

1. Laminar-Flow-System mit einer Einrichtung zur Erzeugung einer zwischen vertikal und horizontal ausgerichteten laminaren Luftströmung aus einer über einer Arbeitsfläche befindlichen Kammer in Richtung auf die Arbeitsfläche, einer Filtereinrichtung zur Reinigung der Luft und einem Lüfter zur Erzeugung eines Überdruckes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Lüfter-/Filter-Ein­ heit (1) vorgesehen ist, die über ein Verbindungsrohr (4) mit der Kammer über der Arbeitsfläche (5) verbunden ist, daß die Kammer als Druckausgleichskammer (6) ausgebildet ist und einen Luftauslaß (7) in Richtung zur Arbeitsfläche (5) aufweist und daß sich über den gesamten Querschnitt des Luftauslasses (7) ein Laminisatorgewebe (8) erstreckt.1.
