Claims (2)

1. Vorrichtung zum Schneiden, Trennen, Bearbeiten oder Abtragen an Bauteilen, Halb­ zeugen, Werkstücken oder block- bzw. plattenförmigen Gebilden mittels Flüssigkeits­ strahl, der oder die aus einem als Hochdruckflüssigkeitsstrahl-Werkzeug wirkenden Schneidkopf in die Umgebung austritt, wobei der Schneidkopf über eine flexible Lei­ tung von einem eine Hochdruckpumpe umfassenden Hochdruckgerät mit Hochdruck­ wasser versorgt wird, wobei die Wasserzufuhr zum Hochdruckwasser-Werkzeug über einen am Schneidkopf angeordneten Auslöser steuerbar ist, über den das Hochdruck­ wasser auf die Leitung aufschaltbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Hochdruck-Einrichtung als Höchstdruckgerät ausgeführt, die Arbeitsflüssigkeit mit Arbeitsdrücken größer 2500 bar fördert,
dass die Verbindungsleitungen zwischen Höchstdruckgerät und Schneidkopf als fle­ xible Höchstdruckleitungen ausgebildet an einen Schneidkopf führen,
dass der Schneidkopf des Schneidwerkzeug eine Einzeldüse als Austrittsorgan für den Hochdruckstrahl aufweist, wobei deren Austrittsquerschnitt baulich so ausgebil­ det ist,
dass der austretende Düsenvolumenstrom unabhängig von der Druckhöhe der Ar­ beitsflüssigkeit 4 l/min nur wenig übersteigt und 2 l/min nur wenig unterschreitet, für einen Arbeitsdruck von 3000 bar vorzugsweise 2,5 l/min beträgt und,
dass das Schneidwerkzeug als handliches Griffstück pistolenförmig ausgebildet ist, welches einen Auslöser für die Schaltung des Strahlaustritts aufweist und bau­ lich eine Anschlussvorrichtung aufweist zum Anschließen einer lanzenartigen Verlängerungseinrichtung mit Strahlführung sofern eine solche Lanze nicht be­ reits baulich vorhanden ist.
