Zum Erhöhen der Arbeitsposition des Roboters werden Konsolen, auch Sockel, Podest oder ähnlich bezeichnet, eingesetzt.
Die Befestigung der Konsolen und Grundplatten geschieht mit verschiedenartigen Verbinduungselementen. Beispielhaft hierfür sind Reaktionsanker,· Klebedübel, Spreitz- und Hinterschnittanker zu nennen.
